Stayed Apr 20, 2025Communication was great, check-in and out was easy. Very centrally located. Could have been cleaner: stairs and living room rug visibly unvaccuumed. Biggest issue: not enough towels!! 8 bath towels for 5 people. Overall great stay.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025This unit is very large and has plenty of space. Very clean upon arrival and looks exactly as the pictures show. Neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. The private patio and pool area is nice. From Disney, this property is about 10 miles. The only downside is the traffic. Be prepared for a 25-30 minute drive each way to Disney World.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Nice place….we were barely there because we hit Universal Studios, Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom 12 hours a day for three days straight.Six family members…comfortable….clean….good communication with property manager.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024When we got there, the pool had mold floating around in it a ponytail with hair in it whoever came and cleaned it after I called, dumped it right out the door on the concrete. We were there nine days and given only one set of sheets, one set of towels. Which were cheapo all oddball. Wasn’t planning on doing laundry when I was there, but had to .Ice machine did not work in the refrigerator. Had cheapo plastic ice trays to use. The fan and downstairs bathroom came on, but did not work, blow dryer upstairs bathroom right only worked on low trashcan lid was broken off and it was real slim on supplies to use but for the amount of money I paid that stuff should’ve not have happened. other than that the house was beautiful
