Gorgeous 3-bedroom Home + Pool + Patio + Grill!

it was a great house

Comfortable house, great floor plan, plenty of space, good beds, good outdoor space, good kitchen. We had a great time, would definitely book again. They thought a lot about the little things that make a difference. Night lights made it easy to navigate a strange house in the dark, great coffee maker, lots of pool toys, even robes in the closets. Lots of water pressure in the showers. They handled the one small issue quickly (slow drain in the shower) answered right away and sent someone quickly to take care of it.

Prior to reserving this place, I read a review about golf balls, (see previous review). The property manager assured us it would not be a problem. The Prop mgr lied. Every day at all times of the day and night the neighbor hits golf balls against the block wall/fence. And we would hear them smacking the wall. And we would see them flying over the wall into this backyard with some near misses of hitting us. He would do this off and on all day, and after we would go to bed. He would poke his head over the fence to see if he could find them. The first thing we noticed was that overpowering smell of the cleaner they use. It took over 3 days to air out. But what’s odd is the house didn’t even look like it was cleaned. The kitchen and bathroom counters were dirty. The carpets were not vacuumed. Broken wall picture left against the wall. There were remains of party glitter all over. The carpets themselves have so many stains in them that I’m sure they haven’t been shampooed in years the windows are Filthy. We were so grossed out we didn’t want to even cook in this place. And we didn’t. Patio cushions and pillows are all stained and gross. No way would you sit on them. The pool was dirty. There isn't lounge chairs to lay by the pool Most of the patio furniture is broken. Pillows for the beds have stains. The master shower fills up with water. I then started complaining via VRBO messenger about the situation and was told they would do nothing about our concerns. I have pics!

This was a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Very convenient to get to. Unfortunately this was a work trip for me. But the accommodations were exactly what I needed. The house is well kept and furnished with necessities in the kitchen.

Property was nice. Little extras like dish detergent, TP, laundry were appreciated. But around 9pm at night, most nights while we were there this occurred, we heard thwack, again and again. Next morning there were golf balls in the pool and backyard, very strange. My husband made a pile of them, then one afternoon they were gone. Creepy to know someone entered the property and also monitored our activity to know we were gone from the property. For that reason I would not stay there again. Left us wondering what else was monitored. Unfortunate.

Terrific property and location. The only thing missing for 4 women using this property was no full length mirror to be found???

Really enjoyed the property, house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the open concept kitchen and living area was very bright and spacious. The backyard is very private and has a nice seating area and a beautiful pool. Wish it had been a heated pool or warmer out to enjoy. Our host was great at replying to my messages and ensuring we had what we needed. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Property exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable. Liked having dual coffee-maker for brewing whole pot or K - cup. Only down-side was landscapers starting at 7 am and pool being brisk.
