Stayed Jul 13, 2024The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. We loved the large deck and porch swing. The area is nice and quiet and there are several pools in the complex. The property team was very responsive and we were so appreciative of having the six seater golf cart. That made going to the beach so much easier. Thank you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The golf villa is kind of dated. But it did come with a six-person golf cart. The air conditioning unit needs to be replaced. They did come and add freon, so that got us through the weekend. The kitchen could have been better equipped. Overall, it was OK for the price.

Kitchen was nicely stocked, furniture and beds comfy and Condo was quiet. Management was quick to response and helpful. Only concern was fan in guest bathroom did not work so mold is building on ceiling. Also fans and fixtures could use a good cleaning. Still a five star rating!
