Gorgeous 2nd row home directly on the beach path in Palmetto Dunes with pool

The bedrooms were comfortable and contained nice bathrooms. The kitchen and dining areas met our needs. However, the pool was a disappointment all week. It was not clean upon our Saturday arrival. Island Time sent out a new pool company on Monday as they admitted the current company was underperforming. On top of confirming the pool was not cleaned, the new company advised the pool was leaking and needed a new pump. These issues could not be resolved during our trip. Instead, Island Time dropped off a hose which we used to refill the pool every day. As the pump was not operating, the water was often murky and riddled with debris. Island Time advised they might provide passes to a public pool, but we declined as we wanted nothing more than to enjoy a pool at our own place. The pool was cleaned and shocked twice midweek, so we were able to use the pool a bit, though the water dirtied quickly due to the pump failure. In total, we lost two days of swimming and dealt with subpar conditions the rest of the week.Our group would return to this house in a heartbeat if the pool was repaired. Though it has been a pleasure booking through Island Time in the past, I don't know that we would book through them again as no reimbursement or future booking credits were offered. It is troubling to see a property rented out with existing maintenance issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect house for all 16 of us, including 4 couples and kids 17 to 3 months. Huge kitchen, big pantry & two dishwashers came in handy! Upstairs king rooms are huge! One master has a closet big enough we made a nursery and another has a large hall that can be closed off to make an additional bedroom. We had a family of 5 in that master suite room and it was perfect. The front porch and back pool area has tons of wasp nest but management was quick to respond and send people to address it. We still used the pool and enjoyed the new furniture on the deck. One tv didn’t work, one lamp was broke and no working locks on the master doors which was tough for privacy and keeping a toddler from running out.Overall amazing location and house and would rent again!

We also enjoyed the large covered patio near the pool, especially on the couple days it rained. The elevator was extremely convenient for moving luggage to the bedrooms. Overall a very nice stay.

The hot tub was not working, the icemaker was broke, the grill had to be replaced and the a/c went out on our last night. The management team was quick to respond, but just not what you expect in a 5 star home.

The 9 Armada property is beautiful- tons of room to accommodate our family. It was well appointed and fit our family’s needs. The location was perfect-quick few steps to the beach, and we all enjoyed bike riding in our neighborhood. The house did have a musty odor which hits you when you open the door and did bother all of us. We didn’t use the pool and/or hot tub much- they needed some cleaning and repairs. The barbecue grill was not useable. Some of the shower heads were not working. Some of the furniture, although clean looking, had an odor and needs cleaning. Rentals understandably have issues, depending on the users. The management company was top notch and efficient to any problem we reported. They truly were A+. Overall, we loved our stay. Thank you!

We were sorry to learn that only one trundle can be pulled out at a time in the room with 2 Qns. There's a trundle under each bed, but not room to pull them both out.The grill on the porch worked well and the outside fridge for drinks was so convenient.The elevator can be a tad finicky, but we were able to get it running.
