We had an amazing time. Fishing off pier, walking across to the beach, everything in close proximity. The house was perfect! Clean, cozy, well stocked. Pool was great to lounge by. Views of lagoon were beautiful. Perfect for a family vacation. Many memories made!!!!

We were there for a cousins reunion and the place was awesome. It met all our needs.

Had evey convenience imaginable, plus a few more.

Good time Charlie was a great place to stay. The views were amazing and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space and we never left except to get food. Definitely would recommend and rebooking for our next visit!

Our group had 14 ranging from 5 to 42. We opted to heat the pool which was nice with the cooler windy nights. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was amazing! The location and amenities were also perfect for our group. We would definitely stay again.

The location was near the beach and a fishing pier was within walking distance. We went to grocery stores along with a restaurant in the area. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen included quality cookware and utensils to accommodate the preparation of our meals. The vacation rental management staff was very helpful and timely in response to our questions. We would love to return to Good Time Charlie in the future.

We could not have asked for more in accommodations, location and fun! This was spectacular!!!

This was our 2nd consecutive stay @ Good Time Charlie’s. The space fits our crew just about right and its location works as well. The great room gives our folks the thing they want most….to hang out with each other. The house has about what your basic needs are in the way of the kitchen…TV’s ….great pool ….and view. We always enjoy it.

This home was clean and well equipped for a week at the beach. We will be back!

Everything was great except cockroaches in the house and all around the pool, and the dish washer didn’t work. Dishes on the bottom were not clean and we ended up washing them by hand. The house was awesome other wise with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms.

We were greeted with an immaculately clean home and a fully functioning air conditioning system did not disappoint. The layout is amazing and full of space! Our family loved that they all had a private bedroom AND private bathroom!!The ground floor has everything you might want. We especially enjoyed the pool, swings and fire pit area. The lagoon gives you a beautiful view of the sunset and we would have loved to fish but forgot our poles. It was a convenient walk to the beach and we utilized a beach wagon to haul our stuff. I only wish we had another week to take advantage of everything this house had to offer.

Beds were comfy and the living areas had plenty of seating for all 15 of us. The bay and dock provided beautiful views of the sunset and was a quiet retreat from the beach. The walk to the beach was a little more than I would have liked, but it was still manageable. There was no hard pack on the beach, so hauling a lot of stuff in wagon/carriers is quite difficult once you get to the sand.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 11 college girlfriends. The house was perfect for our gang. We mainly stayed at the house. We cooked our own food, enjoyed the swimming pool, play games, and had bonfires. At first, I thought I would be disappointed that we weren’t on the beach, but the lagoon side is lovely. It’s peaceful and the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous.
