It has been years, since pre-COVID times, that we’ve been able to have such a great holiday gathering, and this venue was absolutely perfect for bringing everyone together.

The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. It provided the ideal setting for a relaxed, joyful celebration, and we had an amazing turnout. ***** Very spacious house on all 3 levels. It was beautiful and there was definitely enough room for at least 34 people, although we had only about 16 people. Great location close to the beach. I wish we would have had some extra days to hang out here. I will definitely be back to stay here at this location again! The house manager was also great and very responsive. Beach Towels: 12 luxurious, oversized beach towels will be provided during your stay with Beach Reunion at Good Day Sunshine.

BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for our summer season, mid March-October annually. Service includes 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/ $350 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. Please contact office to add this to your reservation.

Private Elevator: This home features a private elevator. Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. There is a $250 fee for use. An acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items

Other Things to Note:

A minimum 90-day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made outside of the 90-day prior to arrival window will receive a full refund of rent, less the Damage Insurance ($149) and Administration Fees ($150); Total $299. If cancelled within 90-60 days prior to arrival date, there will be a complete loss of the 1/3rd down payment. Cancellations of less than 60 days will result in a 100% loss of full rent amount, including all tax and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancelled within 60 days prior to your arrival date if the final payment has not yet been made at the time of cancellation. If cancelled and payment has not been received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
