Good 2 Sea U (formerly Skipper's Sail Away) is the ideal getaway for any vacation destination in this 5-bedroom, oceanside home located in the private Buck Island community in Corolla. This home is perfect for the annual family vacation or even just a weekly getaway any time of the year. Located just a quick walk from the Atlantic Ocean, the home offers a private pool, hot tub and expansive deck space to watch the sunrises with your morning cup of coffee or dine al-fresco to watch the stars come out at night.
The top-level great room is spacious with high ceilings and ocean views from any angle and offers comfortable seating for TV viewing, an updated kitchen with island seating, 2 dishwashers and dining table and nook for family-style dining. The master bedroom is fully equipped with a king-sized bed and a large private bathroom with ocean views throughout. On the mid-level, each bedroom has its own bathroom and deck access, allowing every guest their own private area of the home, while the ground level offers fun for all ages with an arcade game and plenty of seating for those rainy day-movie marathons. The home offers use of the 2-car garage and has a full-sized fridge for your convenience and extra storage space for snacks and drinks to enjoy poolside.
Exploring the area: Good 2 Sea U is conveniently located within walking distance to the Timbuck II shopping center along with many wonderful stores and restaurants and offers community amenities such as private pool access in the Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool and the use of tennis and basketball courts during your stay.
Beach Access: Head left out of driveway to Orions Way. Community beach access is at the end of the road.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Excellent property....loved being in a gated community...very quiet. House was everything we needed. Loved having the two dishwashers and the extra refrigerator in the garage. Just a wonderful place to stay....we will definitely be back.
This home fit our family of 11, (8 adults & 3 young children) perfectly! It was enough space for everyone to have plenty of privacy if needed. We had no issues with anything. The home was immaculate upon arrival and it had great amenities in every room including beach chairs, a beach umbrella & beach toys. The pool and hot tub were a hit! The community is great and very safe. It was close to everything in Corolla but quiet and peaceful. It was a very short few minute walk to the beach which was perfect! The decks and views were amazing and perfect for all our family meals! This was one of our best family vacations ever and we will defiantly be retuning to Skipper's Sail Away!

This house is kept up great. The space and extra space is awesome! With each bedroom having its own bathroom, the time needed to get ready was simple. Everything needed for the family was there. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home and furnishings with pool in a gated community. Close to beach access. A lovely, upscale, quiet area of the OBX but with shopping, activities and restaurants nearby. This property is a gem. Our whole family recommends it highly.
This house had it all…close to shopping, beach and attractions! My family and I enjoyed a week in this lovely home! First time for me to OBX and it was beautiful! The house had great amenities and the short walk to the beach and our private pool were wonderful on those sunny days!! Communication with the owners was fast and answered my questions when I contacted. I just can’t say enough about this house..has everything you need and the kiddos (and adults) even enjoyed the arcade game!!! It is spacious and has many areas when traveling with lots of people to just “hang out” by yourself. We also enjoyed the yummy chocolates that were left for us from the owners…sooo good! Thank you for opening up your house to us!
We loved this home and our stay at Skipper's Sail Away. The check in/out process was very easy. The house is really very close to the beach (3 minute walk) with the community entrance right around the corner. We enjoyed spending mornings at the pool and heading to the beach in the afternoons, or vise versa. The owners left a nice treat for us open arrival and called a few days in to check on our stay, which we very much appreciated. The home is well stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs, pool floats, towels, kitchen items, and we brought our 5 year old and one year old and there was plenty of games and even a highchair and pack and play to use...two less things to pack! It is beautifully decorated and was absolutely spotless on check in. It is a nice quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking/biking. We also very much enjoyed the multiple decks for morning coffees and watching the sunset. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.
This property was in a beautiful gated community. Quiet neighborhood with beach access. The property was exactly as pictured and super clean. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. Shopping and grocery stores right next door. We had a great and relaxing trip. Would definitely book this home again.
