Gone Beachin' - Heated Private Pool!

It was just as advetised and within walking distance of beach. It had everything you needed for beach from umberella and chairs to coolers. I would definitly stay at this rental again

Very clean and pool was great!

Had an ok stay. Main issue was the oven would not work. Manager came and has appliance company come fix it. Had clogged toilet upstairs but property maintenance took care of it too. Landscaping around the property and the backyard needs a good bit of work. Neighbors’ properties were meticulously maintained and made ours look more than dated. Low rider sectional sofa too low to the ground. I could not get up out of it so I sat on a dining room chair for the entire week. It was not all bad. A/C worked great and flawlessly. Heatwave there the week we stayed. Real comfortable inside Downstairs master bedroom king bed has a real super firm mattress. Great for some folks but for me it was way too firm. I have real bad back problems as it is. This bed was not at all comfortable for me. Rest of the family loved their beds upstairs. It was a me thing I guess.

The property was great. It was just as nice as advertised. And it included everything you’d need for a visit to the beach! Which was only about a two minute walk. Everything was labeled, which was great. It was clean, and in a good location. I had a few questions, and got immediate answers. One question was in a rainy day, and they provided a great list of ideas/activities in the area. We loved our stay.

This is our second year staying in this neighborhood during spring break. The house was perfect for our group (4 adults and 7 kids). We only had to contact the manager once (bathroom door was locked on arrival) and a very kind lady was there in no time. The home was well-kept and nothing was broken. The heated pool was very nice. The beach is beautiful and not very busy. There’s a sand bar that you can walk 100’s of yards on.The location isn’t super busy with spring breakers. There’s a cool bar a block or two over that has great food and drinks. Across the street is a gas station that sells ice and beer. Ice cream is within walking range too. The only negative with the home was one of the bedrooms (bunk bed room) didn’t have a door. We hung a sheet there for privacy, which was fine for us. Great home! You won’t regret booking this one.

My family and I had an amazing week at this property! The pool was a nice break from the beach heat, the house was very spacious and we loved being away from the crowds further down . Will definitely recommend and hopefully return!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to bring your own dish rags and towels. There are only 2. Additionally, ensure you have salt and pepper, cooking spray etc if you decide to stay in for any meals.

The property was nice, but needs a little TLC. The pool and backyard were very nice and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature so that we could enjoy it during the cooler temperatures in November, the only major issue we had was the door alarm that goes off if you for to push the bypass button which was located way too high on the doors that everyone forgot to hit it almost every time sending a ear piercing alarm off constantly. Property was conveniently located to beach access within a 5 minute walk but location is a less desirable area of PCB and located next to a very busy and noisy highway Property manager was prompt in answering any emails we sent Overall we had a pleasant trip

The house is nice and location is good however upon arrival the house wasn’t very clean and there was beer spilt all in the cabinets which resulted in ants getting into some of our unopened food. The rugs are in desperate need of carpet cleaning. The pool was nice but there was left over food all over the patio, dog poop left behind from previous guest, and the overall upkeep is in need of TLC. I planned to overlook all this however we turned the fountains on to the pool and the owner messaged me in a very RUDE manner stating we shouldn’t touch the fountains and that there were clear signs. If he would actually inspect his property he would’ve known there were no clear signs anywhere stating such. He had men show up on 2 occasions unannounced - didn’t knock just stepped right on in to the back yard. I walked out at one point and they scared me to death. By the way he has cameras pointing directly at the pool which is kinda creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable with my teen daughter out there swimming and being recorded. All the other houses on the street that are built just the same had no cameras pointing at the pool to watch their guest swim. I would never rent from this owner again.
