With its ski in/ski out location and modern luxury, Shock Hill Hideaway has everything you could possibly want or need in a longer stay home away from home. Either catch the gondola to town, to the ski area base on Peak 7 or 8,or enjoy the 15 minute walk to town down Ski Hill Road.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, the gondola mid-point stop is less than a two minute walk. A convenience imperative to a stress free ski vacation, it is here that you can either catch the gondola to town, to the ski area base on Peak 7 or 8, or enjoy the 15 minute walk to town down Ski Hill Road. It is rare to find a vacation rental in this neighborhood. Enjoy Breckenridge’s best Nordic and mountain biking trails accessed directly off of the deck or watch the snow fall and wildlife pass from the floor to ceiling windows in the great room.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car during your time at this property, although it is nice to have. You can walk to town or ride the gondola. Gondola access will also take you to the base of Peak 7 and Peak 8. Easily ride the gondola back to Shock Hill Hideaway for lunch, then be off for an afternoon ski. Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does also not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the rental is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your lease date. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. As a professional property manager, we strive to make your time in Breckenridge as easy and hassle-free as possible. Strictly animal-free due to allergies or other necessary circumstances. Exterior Security Cameras in place. Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.

Enjoy Breckenridge’s best Nordic and mountain biking trails accessed directly off of the deck or watch the snow fall and wildlife pass from the floor to ceiling windows in the great room. The open floor plan of this home allows for your group to come together after a fun filled day of activity. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in style. With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and top of the line appointments, the chef in the group will be happy to prepare a meal here. Seating for twelve in the dining room will accommodate you and your guests for every type of gathering. Entertain with the full size patio directly off of the great room complete with a gas grill and a hot tub. Soak in the hot tub after a long day of activity while surrounded by nature and the mystique of the mountains. Each beautifully appointed bedroom has its own attached bathroom complete with granite countertops and a glass shower. The bedrooms are furnished with plenty of clothing storage, comfortable bedding, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are furnished with a flat panel television. The master bedroom includes a gas fireplace, travertine tile, a jetted Jacuzzi tub, a separate glass shower, and a walk out balcony. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level while the master suite embodies the entire top floor. A bonus area with a couch and a fifth TV complete with an Xbox and Smart TV is also found on the lower level. The home is equipped with high speed internet, Smart TV's throughout, and a 'Sonos' sound system complete with outdoor speakers. *Please note: This is strictly a pet free property due to owner allergy concerns.

    Beautiful property and perfect location at the Shock Hill gondola stop. The home was a perfect space for two families with abundant family space and beds and baths for all. Would definitely stay again when we return to Breckenridge!

    Had a great stay. Loved the location and proximity to gondola. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked well. It would have been nice to have some ziplocs and foil. Overall beautiful home and neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

    The property was beautiful!! House was large with a spacious and welcoming main room. We loved eating lunches, dinners and playing board games at the 12 person square table. Fireplace and bedrooms very comfortable for out group. We had a wonderful time!!

    This property was fantastic! From the fully stocked kitchen to the full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the dining table that seats 12, everything we needed was provided. Easy access walk to the gondola for essentially a ski in/ski out location so we could even come back for lunch while skiing. Perfect get-away for our three families to enjoy a Christmas ski vacation together.

    Perfect location, we love being able to walk to the Shock Hill gondola to go up or down. Cozy main floor with kitchen, dining room, living room and powder bath. Master upstairs and the rest of the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry were downstairs. The kids liked having their own little couch/tv area to themselves in the basement. No issues while we were there.

    We went just before ski season. We've been to Breck multiple times before and this place would be hard to beat for any time of the year. Short ride to downtown. Wonderful amenities.

    Only a block to Breckinridge Gondola for going up to peak 8 or down to Main Street. So convenient. Never have stayed in luxury like this. We were spoiled
