Check-Out Policy Reminder
Please note: Any late check-outs not pre-approved will incur a fee of $50 for every 30 minutes past the scheduled check-out time, allowing our cleaning team enough time to prepare for incoming guests.

• Authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is not a charge, just a temporary pending authorization)

Instead of the security hold, guests may choose to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:
• $39 for stays up to 10 nights
• +$2 per additional night for stays longer than 10 nights
