It is large enough to spread out but has great places for smaller group visits on the deck, around the firepit on the screened in porch. Our grandkids played from morning to night. They watched movies, played video games, ping pong, basketball, and darts. They even squeezed in a board game while the adults watched the Tigers win! The little ones loved the toy closet too. The location was great for excursions to Harbor Springs and Petosky. The favorite was a day at Pond Hill Farms right down the road. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Hope we get to come back for a longer stay next time.

This is a beautiful home, well located and equipped, and perfectly represented by the pictures and description. We loved the deck! Communication was excellent, with easy in and out. Highly Recommend!

We spend one week per summer with all of our children and grandchildren and this was great as there was room for us all.

My only complaint is the club amenities were difficult to access especially reserving tee times.

The view was incredible. The owner's were clear on direction and instructions. The place had all the amenities we needed even though we always travel prepared. I've visited many properties and this definitely one of the best.

We enjoyed a week in Harbor Springs; a family gathering of grandparents, adult children & spouses & grandkids - 12 adults & 8 kids. Sleeping options were little tight with 3 bedrooms being small for our situation. Made it work. House is at end of a street with view of the water. It is nicely furnished, with well equipped kitchen. Particular positives were game closet & extra play items in garage. We really enjoyed the back porch. We enjoyed the area, spending time at Petoskey State Park Beach, Mackinac Island, & Sleeping Bear Dunes amongst other local adventures. Largest challenge was temperature control in the house for the whole week. Keeping the main floor at 73, led to the upper level being 80+ and the lower level at 61 degrees (extra blankets at night). Warming up the lower level would lead to uncomfortable heat in the upper levels. It was above avg. temps week & we would have wished for being able to just keep the windows & screened doors open. Another challenge is that the neighbors apparently aren't fond of renters. Day 1 complaint about kids playing pickleball in the driveway, up by house & garage - behind 5 parked cars in the long driveway. We brought a portable net and had placed it in existing court lines left from previous rental. Even though you couldn't see the neighbors house - security came to tell us that we had to stop. (Security person felt bad). Pickleball prohibition wasn't in HOA rules we were given, or were in house. PM couldn't verify

Spacious gathering spaces, a great deck with awesome views, a peaceful atmosphere, lots of seating, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms for our group of sixteen, and ample parking for our eight cars. There were a few small malfunctioning items such as a non-functioning icemaker and tricky door locks. But it was a beautiful place to stay. I could envision us staying here again.

Beautiful location and home. We saw multiple deer in the backyard and foxes in the neighborhood. The house was equipped with plenty of toys for young children. The main level of the house got pretty warm and humid even with the AC on. There is only one small refrigerator that didn’t have a working light. We had to use multiple coolers for food for the 13 people staying. The dishwasher is rather small as well.
