Pocket sliders from living room and dinette open to a large screened lanai offering beautiful golf course and pond views. This gated golf course community has a lot to offerwith it's 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a dance floor and stage, and newly renovated dining room and lounge. Also available are heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, new bocce and shuffleboard courts, card rooms, library and billiards room. This home was great for my situation. I was in town to work claims after Hurricane Ian and I was spoiled by all the amenities. It was set up well for guests. Carol had everything we needed. Adjustable bed with built-in massage as well as a recliner that massaged. Thanks Carol for a great stay.

This was a great rental property! Everything was as described in the listing. Our first impression was on how clean the house was! All the cookware, dishes, utensils, spices, cleaning supplies and paper products that we needed for our month's stay was more than adequate The house is tastefully decorated. I enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, bicycling on the bike they provided and exercising in the Community Pool. Everybody in the community was very friendly. The grounds were very well maintained. The neighborhood was very quiet. The community is in far north Ft Myers and sits out in the country. Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, Post Office, and Library are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. If you are looking for a relaxing get away, I would highly recommend this home!
