Golf, Hike & Suntan: Mesa Family Home w/ Yard

The house was very comfortable and clean, except for the really big spider web in the corner of the ceiling in the small tv room. The beds were very comfy and we slept very well. The kitchen seemed stocked with the items that we needed to make meals. The pool was very clean. We did keep our eyes open for wayward golf balls that would land in the yard and pool. I did let the owner know of some existing damage that was there when we checked in. Broken toilet handle in the master, missing window shade slats, loose curtain rod and a couple of AZ creepy crawlies that my daughter took care of with her trusty slipper. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and I would definitely rent this home again.

This property is nice and quiet. Clean and roomy home.

The pool had not been cleaned for quite awhile.the host was very slow returning our messages, then accused us of taking pool equipment apart when it never worked the whole time we were there so it was obviously already broken!alreadbrmalfunctioningmai. . Algae was on the sides

Pool was grimy / gross the first couple of days and not able to be used until someone finally came and thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned it.. given a small refund and evolve was responsive to messages My husband was cleaning up my kids toys in one of the bedrooms at one point during our stay and found a rolled up used maxi pad under the bed :( have pics but not able to attach Beds were comfortable and close to go visit family nearby.Cleanliness of feminine product found and kids not understanding why we couldn’t swim the first couple of days was a bummer

This was our second time at this property and it doesn't disappoint!! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house hard to find a gem like this one.

The property was outdated but okay for our needs. I reached out about some issues. I was told that they would tell the property owners but then never heard back.

I search and ask for a home with a pool to swim, I got a pool that is green, I fallow protocal from VRBO to try to fix my problems there was no fix I book a house with no pool in the Arizona desert, there were other homes with pools, the property management team never got back with me it was the actual owner who call me a day before check out excusing the neglected pool I understand pools. The day l check out I foundout main bedroom drawer have other people undergarments probably still there as to my vacation home with a pool nope I call VRBO and they forwarded me to the property management till now they gave me 15% of my total bill after hours of calling and complaining, they are forcing me to leave things out of my review to there fit please do your homework when booking.

The front and back yard are completely covered with weeds. No upkeep at all. Only one lounge chair. The cushions on the outside furniture are super flat and need replaced. We went and bought towels to put over outside furniture. The king size and queen size beds were comfortable. The twin beds are horrible!! The house is super outdated. The couches need replaced due to tears and recliner broke. The house did feel clean when we walked in.

Upon check in the rental seemed great. We rented for a month so over time we realized that a deep cleaning is in order. The lighting in the bedrooms was very poor, i spoke with the owner about this but nothing changed. Several of the table lamps had very small wattage bulbs which made reading difficult. The furniture was dated and worn. The pool was not maintained and the patio needs repair. The location was great, easy access to everything we needed. All of the kitchen appliances worked as they should. Very nice to have use of the garage.Overall a good stay but pricey for the condition of the rental.
