Golf Course Views ~ Golf Cart ~ Community Pool

House was great and stay was great. The location was good and the neighborhood was very clean. The HOA restrictions would have been good to know before we left, (may have been sent to me but i did not see them before arrival). Also more bath towels and wash rags would have been beneficial. Also information about the area and what was happening in the area would have helped on what activities to do. There wasnt anything that told us jow to find information on things happening in the neighborhood. Didnt know about the website until a family friend told us about it. Information on how to get to the beach via golf cart would have been benficial as well. It was pur first time to Destin so we did not know much about the area. Information binder would have helped feed us about the area. The stay was GREAT and we LOVED IT. We will be back for sure!!!

It was nice to have the golf cart- we used it to get to the beach, pool, Baytowne Wharf, and Publix which were all near by. Also close to a nice shopping area. The beach chairs, umbrella, and family games were a nice addition!

This place was everything we could’ve asked for in a spring break getaway place. We had six people in our party. The three bedrooms enabled everybody to sleep comfortably in their own beds. The comfort of the king size bed in the master suite enabled both me and my wife to sleep very well. Out the back door overlooks a par 5-5th hole fairway. We got to watch a lot of golfers hit their second and third shots into the green, which was very cool sitting out on the back porch. For those of you that like to fish, out the back door across the fairway is a pond and out the front door to the right about 40 yards is another pond. I finished five out of the eight days that we were there and caught fish every single time I went(over 40 in all). Largemouth bass and huge bluegill 10” long were really fun to catch and release. We utilized the golf cart every single day. It is only about a 7 to 10 minute cart ride to the beach. It is only about a five minute cart ride to Baytown wharf. So everything is right there within reach. Combine that with the homey feel of the living room and kitchen for the couple of days that it stormed and was cold, and it was perfect. The only thing we had a ding on the place at all was that the Wi-Fi went down two of the days. It didn’t slow us though because we didn’t need it that much, and just used our hot spots and 5G when down. Overall I highly recommend this property and the leasing company as they made it all very easy.

There was plenty of room with the upstairs and downstairs for more people if needed. From the time we arrive to the time we left there was not one issue, problem, or hitch to our stay. Place was very clean and well taken care of.

It's the best location with all the access and security you would ever want! If you are going to try food outside of Sandestin, can't recommend Pompano Joe's, The Back Porch, and the Shack for local seafood.

I just would like to say that it was a very comfortable stay! My family and enjoyed the stay. Very clean, the house has everything you need. Very peaceful and quite. We will be back next year for sure!
