Golf Course View Home with Dual AC and SPA

Nice Neighborhood.

We went to Bakersfield for an event that lasted several days with mix of adults and older teens. Property was perfect with a nice big living room and TV for the teens plus enough rooms for everyone to have space. Great spa too for everyone to decompress in as well. Property is well maintained,clean, and communication was excellent. They even helped get the internet back up and running when it went down. I highly recommend this place! Area was super safe even in Bakersfield.

We came for work and we were impressed by all the amenities and the house overall, fully recommended.

This home was perfect for a family reunion with my sister living close by. There are 2 sides to the house with a very large Main bedroom and ensuite that had 2 queen beds and another bedroom with a full bath across from it that led out to the backyard. The other side of the house had 2 large bedrooms with a full bath between the two rooms. The kitchen and main family room are spacious and well equipped. The air-con worked well and kept the house cool in the hot summer heat.

Stay was great. Hosts was really helpful. Cleanliness was just ok. I definitely seen worse but for what we pay for? Also $20 to use the spa per night seems a little picky when the property is advertised with a spa but it is definitely in the details. Overall a great experience, neighborhood is great.

This is a large and roomy house for a family gathering with a quiet and scenic backyard. The backyard spa was a nice feature to have too. Very nice neighborhood with shopping close by.

We really enjoyed the days we spent at this home. The home was very clean and well kept. The pool/spa was great and the grandkids had a wonderful time closing out the day with a dip in the pool. We made good use of the kitchen and barbecue and loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table and dinner in the dining room. We meet Xuan the day we arrived and she was very helpful and provided clear and concise arrival and checkout instructions along with providing instruction to keep the pool clean. The home is located in a beautiful area by the golf course and the neighborhood was very calm and quiet. Totally enjoyed our stay and this lovely home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home. I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I booked the reservation, host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In summary, I cannot recommend this home highly enough. They embody the qualities of an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, attentive, and hospitable. My stay at their VRBO was absolutely delightful, and I would not hesitate to book with them again in the future. If you're looking for a top-notch accommodation experience with a host who genuinely cares about their guests' comfort and satisfaction.

House was great, could have used a little more diverse kitchen utensils. They had no butter knifes. Property owners were very responsive.

The house was perfect for our parents and the three grown kids to spend time together while getting together for a funeral. Great space, perfect rooms and baths and fun outdoor space. Very clean and incredible hosts!
