Stayed Aug 29, 2025Carpet needs cleaning. The biggest problem we had was the master bedroom window was broken and opened a crack, which normally would not be a problem (we like fresh air) but with the poor smoky air quality we woke to a heavy smoke smell in that room only. We were able to go outside and push the window back in to lock it.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Great view of golf course and location to town is perfect!The refrigerator motor was very loud when on and carpets are a bit stained.Would consider renting the unit again, over all very happy with the unit.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025Two couples, we all greatly enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean and comfortable, complex was maintained well and very quiet. We appreciated the secure underground parking. Only issues we had were very minor. Enjoyed the hot tub but the jets didn’t always work. The queen bed in the master bedroom has the most uncomfortable and unsupportive foam topper that you sink into (IMO, needs to be trashed), but we just removed it after the first night and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Stayed here with the family. Underground Parking is excellent and condo is nice. Lovely view of golf course . Clean. Comfortable beds. Only complaint: the wifi password is hard to find. There is a QR code on the fridge and then after opening several different pages you can get to it. First , Nomadness needs to clearly label the QR code ( it just has a nondescript title like “ information for your stay”) and second .It should be easier. Didn’t enjoy the general nomadness interface which consists of them texting you to sign into their platform. I prefer they just send you the info.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024internet name and password was not listed on the condo instructoin sheet or anywhere in the kitchen. Code was listed on the condo instruction sheet for the hot tub but a key was needed that we found later No code was given for underground parking access. Code for front door was super long. i don't want to follow a bunch of directions to change it when i'm on vacation i'm not staying anywhere that is managed by nomadness if i can avoid it.
