The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded. Based on rental periods CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES may be occurring at the street side of the property.

Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with 6 to 12 month leases available. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will have a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) imposed.
