Stayed Feb 8, 2026The heater did not work at this location. We arrived at 4pm and by 8 they were able to move us to a new location. Extremely cold from 4-8. The person who arrived to assist however was doing all he could do to help us.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025The condo was well maintained. The beds were comfortable enough. The showers were hot which is a plus! Very nice neighborhood. There was enough room for us and our 6 kids, 2 did have to double up. The small grill was big enough to feed us all without much waiting. There was a smart tv with plenty of apps to use. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and would come here again.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025The property was wonderful. The check in was upsetting. We asked for early check in because a blizzard had shut down all major roads in Flagstaff and authorities wanted people off the roads. We asked twice for early access of 1 hour and were denied. We sat in the driveway until check in.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The townhome was comfortable, clean and a great location. The biggest issue was the lack of cable TV, which would have given us CNN, NBC, etc. We adapted, but we would not go back to this townhome in the future.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024Property was in good location, comfortable, and pretty much as advertised. It could use a little TLC and a better cleaning service. No major complaints. Flagstaff was wonderful.
