Stayed Feb 27, 2024The house was huge and very well stocked with all necessities. Beds were ok but pillows were old. Living areas furniture was older and not well taken care of. Biggest problem was internet service. Spotty all the time, didn’t reach bedrooms and patio, and went totally out last two days (spectrum outage initially, but unable to restart). Had contact with property manager first few days (she helped getting the tv’s and grill going) but totally unavailable after that, with texts not returned and mailbox full by phone. She never did follow up on fixing one ceiling fan after promising to get it fixed. Also had far too many insects (roaches?) inside house. Evidently not well protected. Overall is good property (except internet), and needs updating to justify price.
