The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded. Based on rental periods some construction related traffic may be occurring along the street side of the property.

Longer rental periods are encouraged and welcomed with 6 month and one year leases. 180 days or more of consecutive rental days will show a reduced accommodation tax (TAT) upon booking.
