Golf Cart, Simpatico by SeaBreeze Vacation

Seabreeze was very efficient and forthcoming with information both before, during and after our stay. I would absolutely work with them again.

Very cute inviting property. Loved having our own private pool and dock on the canal. Perfect for sunsets. So close to shops, restaurants and the ocean. The golf cart was a major perk. Lots of outdoor space for entertaining.

I would highly recommend renting a property through Seabreeze Vacations. They were amazing to work with before, during and after our stay on Anna Maria Island. They immediately answered any questions we had and they were great to work with. We have rented many times through different management companies and Seabreeze Vacations by far has been the best to work with.

The property was exactly as pictured with all the beach necessities included. It was very clean and the golf cart was a huge plus! However the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, COLD! They said they called the pool company to come and look and had to order a part but it wouldn’t arrive until we had to leave which is disappointing because everyone was looking forward to using that of an evening. But overall a good place to stay.

The rental was super clean! The pool was amazing and had enough foliage that it was very private. The house is located on a canal and we were able to get kayaks delivered to the house for a day of exploring. It was a little challenging getting into and out of the water, but we were happy to have the experience available to us. We even saw manatees when kayaking through other channels. We took a girls trip and the rental was just what we were looking for. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the backyard oasis. Would definitely recommend the stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking, but did not have any salt/pepper so make sure you bring your own of things like that. Included golf cart was convenient for our group of six and got us everywhere we needed to go.

Simpatico was very clean upon arrival. The golf cart was a bonus. We loved the pool. It was a little warm when we arrived, but they sent someone to adjust the temperature. This home is very close to the bay with easy parking and swimming. The next closest beach we had to pay for parking across from the waterfront restaurant and it filled up quickly on the weekend. Manatee beach was a little further down but had plenty of parking and life guards as well. Bean point was more remote and beautiful but limited parking. The rental company called to check in which is very nice and accommodating! We will definitely rent again with SeaBreeze!

My family and I spent four nights in Simpatico, and had a very nice, restful stay. My son enjoyed many hours of fishing off the dock in the canal, and the entire family enjoyed the pool, after some maintenance was completed (when we arrived, the pool and the jacuzzi were the same temperature - very hot. I called the property manager and a pool company was sent the next day to fix).We had minor issues unlocking the door on arrival; the original code given to us did not work, but the property manager gave us a working code after a quick phone call. Inside, everything was clean and well supplied.The golf cart was a HUGE win. We enjoyed it the entire week.One must-fix: the shower in the king bedroom. Tiles were loose and coming out of the shower floor, poking our feet.Overall, there's a lot of charm in this house and we were glad to spend our vacation (and money!) in an area that had been hit hard by the hurricane last year, and is rebuilding. The home was very clean and the team got back to us in a timely manner with a few minor issues that we had. The house is in a great location and we will be back!

We had a great stay at simpatico. It was a beautiful house with plenty of space inside and out. The kids and adults both had tons of fun. The golf cart that came with the rental was a blast as well. We enjoyed having that to go around the island and the kids absolutely loved it. Thank you for such a great experience with Seabreeze rentals we will be back again.

Beautiful area and fantastic tropical pool home! We had a wonderful time! Nice dock and under the home was a great hangout area. Host and Sea Breeze was very accommodating. There was even a wonderful golf cart included! Thank you for a wonderful time!

The location was great and the golf cart was a huge plus. The house was the perfect size for two couples. The pool was really nice and newer looking. We did have maintenance stop by because the pool wasn't operating correctly but they were able to assist. The hosts were super responsive. We enjoyed our stay at AMI

The house was not as clean as it could have been. It’s more dated than we thought and the kitchen has hardly anything in it…..we had to borrow a can opener from the neighbor which is ridiculous. The air was only nice and cool one day. The best thing about the house was the pool.

The home is fine however the sheets were less than desirable and ill-fitting and fell off several times throughout the night. Three beach chairs were provided but only 2 worked. The door/pool alarm went off two morning in a row at 6:30 AM and lastly the golf cart worked inconsistently. It stopped working a few times and we had to return home to charge it twice and finally it quit on us at 10 pm two miles from the house. I appreciated the supplies the rental company supplied for us ie: paper towels, toilet paper and beach towels.

We loved staying here and would stay again anytime. Perfect location and the pool was amazing!
