I loved everything about this property and location. Beautiful and clean property in a great neighborhood. The golf cart was an incredible bonus that made our drive to the beach easy and fun! I can’t wait to return to this house.

It was PERFECT!!

Nice location and quiet but golf cart broke first day and floors need cleaned a lot better. We couldn’t go barefoot cause turned black from dirt. Beds were so so.

This unit was quiet, comfy, amd provided all the conveniences you need to enjoy a relaxing week on the Resort.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very nice and clean. Pictures were a little misleading as it pertains to which bathroom went with the Master Bedroom. One of the main reasons for renting this unit was the 6 passenger golf cart that came with the unit. We checked into the Unit on July 4th. Drove the Golf cart to Publix's and back. Morning of July 5th, Cart would not go forward only reverse. After 15-20 minutes, finally was able to get the cart to move forward. Used the cart to drive over to the public beach next to the Hilton. While driving the cart back that afternoon (5pm time frame) to the unit, one of the battery's on the cart explodes. This left me and my family stranded on the side of the road about 150 yards from the Guard Shack. We then had to proceed to walk all the way back to the unit which was at least 1.75 miles, carrying our beach chairs, cooler and towels. Needless to say, not happy. When I spoke with Katlyn from Vacation Haven, she was apologetic but then hung up on me while I was trying to explain to her where I left the golf cart. I then called her back, told her where the golf cart was. Then I inquired as to when we might receive a replacement to use for Saturday July 6th. Nothing...I received zero communications from Vacation Haven after I spoke to Katlyn for a second time Friday evening. I reached to Vacation Haven via a text and received nothing back. Again, I have no issues with the Unit my family and I stayed in. My issue is with Vacation Haven, there are way too many other rental companies to use. I will never use them again, EVER.
