Condo was decorated well, and in a great location. The one thing to be aware of is that you are not guaranteed a golf cart. We ended up not getting one in both of our rented times due to different circumstances, so don't be surprised. Other than that, we will be renting again.

You don’t have to worry about sand getting in your own vehicle. Highly recommended.

We received a call from the property management to see how everything was going. Small suggestion. Take inventory of the beach closet. Most of the chairs are rusted and broken and need to be discarded. The beach umbrella was not operational. We bought a new one and left it there for future guests to use. But this did not take away from the quality of the condo or our experience. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: I always travel with my husband and two children, we often use rental houses since it is more comfortable for us, I have been in wonderful houses but this is the first time that I do not get a single detail, you have everything you need without being crowded, everything was really clean (I did not have to reclean anything, I usually do), comfortable beds, sheets in good condition, none of the furniture was old or in bad condition ... perfect location just a couple of minutes driving the golf cart, the unit is almost next to the pool. I thank you my vacation was really perfect!

The kitchen is very well stocked, great for cooking and serving meals. The pool was only a few steps away. Unfortunately it wasn’t heated as stated, so we couldn’t swim, the water was to cold. The beautiful beach was only a short golf cart drive away. We also loved taking the golf cart to the many amenities on the bay side too. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was like the pictures. Beds/pillows comfortable. Enough stocked for us for a week. The patio was a mess. Cobwebs and tree stuff everywhere so we had to clean that to sit out there. The front door gate is getting old and could use some adjusting. Unfortunately we found a huge cockroach behind the chair, thankfully it was dead but one tiny baby was found on the downstairs bathroom floor and then another one the next day on the wall in the master bath. I wrote in and they sent someone to spray but didn’t offer a discount or anything else. That was disappointing but I’m not one to get upset or beg. I’ll just remember that when booking our next vacation. I would recommend the area. It was fun having the golf cart and riding around for your morning coffee and going to the beach. Over all it was fun and a nice place. Bugs happen, in a rental. I would just have liked a monetary “I’m sorry” or a deal on next booking.

Comfortable, clean and easy to communicate with property manager. It's a wonderful location. You can golf cart your way to so many places, including beach access. We'll stay again soon.
