Stayed Aug 29, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was so clean and did not feel like usual “pet friendly” places that are usually not as nice. It’s right across from the pool which was an added benefit and we loved taking the golf cart to the beach!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025The property was nice. The hot water did not work in the half bath, but other than that, there were no issues with the home. The golf cart was a different story. The morning after we arrived, my husband and I went to play golf. A couple of holes in we received a call from our 18 year old daughters that they had broken down on the side of the road on the golf cart on the way to the beach. From a safety perspective, I was mortified. My husband & I left the course which we had spent a decent amount of money to play, to go back and help. A gentleman came to check the cart later that afternoon, left to get a part, and that was the last we heard. Not sure if it was fixed and after numerous calls for an update the following day, my husband tried to drive it only to break down again. After calling to report the breakdown, we finally received a call back saying that someone would be coming to pick it up. Late in the afternoon a hateful gentleman arrived to get it. One of our girls had left a beach towel laying on the cart, which he threw in the bushes. He then loaded up the the cart & left. For 2 days of trouble, wasted green and cart fees at the golf course, we were offered a couple of hundred dollars for our trouble. Very disappointing. One of our favorite things about staying in this area is being able to golf cart around the resort. Having to load up in the car everytime that we were going somewhere just wasn't the same. We don't have to go on vacation to do that.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was nicely decorated. The filtered water and ice from the fridge/freezer was not working (and leaking on to the floor). We contacted MVH and asked them to send an appliance repair person. They sent a general maintenance person who was not able to fix it, but said the appliance repair person would come out within 24 hours. Then they told us they couldn't get someone until after we checked out. They did bring a bag of ice. The golf cart does NOT have seatbelts. This was not ideal for our family with 3 young children. We wished these places had the basics like salt/pepper and coffee filters, but it didn't. Also, it would have been nice to have a rack to hang wet clothes and curtains in the bedrooms to block out the early morning sun.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Perfect home in a perfect location. We had several questions/opportunities during our stay - but they were addressed promptly and effectively. Our family will re-visit this property and utilize this property management company in the future, A+ experience.
