Golf Cart ~ Oversized Deck ~ Water & Golf Views

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay in Sandestin and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and spend time together. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy meals as a family. The location was perfect—easy access to the beach, walking paths, and everything Sandestin has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private.Everything was exactly as described, and check-in/check-out was seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home and made our holiday getaway extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Sandestin vacation.

This property is beautiful and conveniently located. The pictures are accurate pictures of the property. Many reviews talked about a golf cart however, this property did not have a golf cart to use. Having a golf cart would have been ideal but we were able to get around pretty easy without it. We would book this condo again regardless.

I would not stay here again, however. we saw cockroaches multiple times, snakes, and the dryer did not work at all. i would recommend attending to fixing the dryer and spraying the property to rid of cockroaches.

We enjoyed the views from the back decks, and it is located in a quiet and peaceful part of the resort. We are a family of five and had plenty of room to spread out. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a 3 night schedule visit. The a/c would not get below 75 in the day and they brought us box fans to use. I did not pay that kind of money to go on vacation and use box fans to stay cool. They charged me 170 for the a/c guy to come out. We left after one night, they charged me the full cleaning fee and the process fee. I had to climb on bar stool to change bulb in porch light because the entrance was so dark. The plug in would not work on the outside to plug in golf cart. The people we called were very rude and never apologized for us being unhappy and hot. Very very unhappy, I do not have money to throw away, I was trying to have a good experience for my kids and grandkids. Not the vacation I planned for us.

The decor is absolutely beautiful, and the view through all of the sliding glass doors is stunning! The home has everything that you need to be comfortable during your stay! The 6 seater golf cart made getting around a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean with nice furniture and comfortable beds. The kitchen is larger than we expected with plenty of space to move around and store groceries. We enjoyed fishing off the deck and loved feeding the turtles. The frogs in the pond can be a little noisy at night, especially the bedroom on the first floor with the queen bed. But it was’t a big problem. We usually stay at condos directly on the beach but decided to try something different this time, and we are very happy we did. The 6 seat golf cart made it very easy and fun to get to the beach, pools and Baytowne Wharf. Sandestin is a beautiful resort. We would definitely stay at this house again.
