Golf Cart ~ Outdoor Patio ~ Golf Course

Our stay in Sandestin was perfect for our family, with the house ideally located near tennis courts, golf courses, and the beach. Everyone was able to enjoy their favorite daytime activities, from relaxing by the ocean to playing a few rounds of golf. In the evenings, we loved coming together to share meals and make memories in the comfortable, well-appointed home.

Dish ware was adorable and it had all of the necessary kitchen amenities. Only thing we could complain about was that the master bathroom sink wouldn't drain. That should be an easy fix for a maintenance guy though! The outdoor patio was a great hang, it even had beach toys for our girls which was great because we forgot ours!

We absolutely loved this property and the location. It is perfect for families! So much to do and so many places to visit just within the resort. The golf cart was an essential asset for our visit allowing us to go everywhere we wanted. Access to the beach, stores, pools, restaurants and even publix made this stay even better. We did have an issue with the listing description. The VRBO listing stated the extra bedroom had 2 king beds which was going to work perfect the group we had, however there was only 1 king bed. We had to have one of our guests sleep on the couch. The owners rectified it by providing some compensation for our stay which we appreciated. Some cons to our visit, but nothing that ruined our vacation. The first one is that even though the cleaning people were done cleaning the unit you cannot get into the property until exactly 4 oclock. The rental company cannot over ride this either, so we sat outside with groceries for about an hour waiting for the code to be activated to get in. And secondly, the pans for cooking for 8 are not large enough. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient making you have to cook only a small amount at a time. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

The only real negative thing i would say is the floors were really dirty. we ended up going to walmart and getting a mop and swiffer and wiping the whole house. it was dirty. I had my 1 year old who is crawling everywhere so it was a must. didnt deliver the request.

It was amazing! The accommodations were spot on for our family reunion of all adults and one two-year old. Would definitely like to visit again.

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for people to spread out and have quiet time if they wanted and a great large dining table for playing board games. The back yard was comfy and big enough for the kids to play catch or pass a soccer ball. The location was very convenient (five minutes in the golf cart, if that, to get to the beach or Baytowne) and quiet. Speaking of the golf cart- so wonderful to have! If we ever wind up back in Sandestin we'll definitely look into staying here again.
