Just minutes from Pier Park and 30A, you’ll enjoy all the fun of Panama City Beach while escaping the crowds. The nearest public beach access is only 0.2 miles from your front door, and ECP Airport is a quick 20-minute drive away! Laguna Beach is one of the area’s most charming neighborhoods—free of high-rise condos, filled with local character, and perfect for families.

Spacious, Comfortable, and Stylish
This 1,400 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines modern coastal décor with comfort and convenience. The open-concept living area includes a 75” Roku smart TV, board games for the kids, cozy throw blankets, and plenty of seating for movie nights or lazy afternoons. You’ll also have a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and board, and even a drying rack for swimsuits and beach towels.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and an eat-at bar for four. A FlexBrew 2-way coffee maker accommodates both K-Cups and grounds—perfect for morning coffee with a view of the fenced backyard. The dining area offers plenty of space to gather for meals or plan the next day’s adventures.

• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, and dresser tucked neatly in the closet for added space.

Upgrade your stay with the 4-seater golf cart (available for an additional $55/night). Load it up with provided beach chairs, towels, cooler, and toys, and in two minutes you’ll be on the sugar-white sands collecting seashells. Laguna Beach is golf-cart friendly—cruise to Thomas Donuts or The Carousel Grocery Store, both just a mile away.

Convenient Parking
The garage accommodates one vehicle and has space for storing fishing gear or luggage. The driveway fits 2–3 additional vehicles comfortably.

• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 8 guests
• Golf Cart Rental: $55/night, may be added after booking & must be rented for all nights of stay or the remaining nights left.
• Golf Cart Driver: Must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license.
• No Pets Allowed.

What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:
