Golf cart, newly renovated villa, pet friendly!

We had a great stay! The home was warm and inviting. The location was perfect. The host was very attentive to our needs.

Host responded promptly and addressed issue.Toilet seat in master bath was broken and just sitting on the toilet. Maintenance had a new one by the end of the first day.We had warm water at best, we thought it was because we ran the washer, but the next morning was the same issue.Very nice condo and beautiful view!We left early because it rained the entire time! Nice golf cart, but did not use due to rain.

Marek was an excellent host!! His villa left nothing to be desired!! Beautiful view of lake just outside, steps from the pool, 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach, 10 minute golf cart to Baytowne Wharf for fun shops, ice cream parlor, and night life- and if it’s a Tuesday in the summer, fireworks display!! We had a party of seven, so our 18 yr old had to take the couch ( we meant to bring a camping cot to stick in our master room, but forgot! He was fine) and had everything we needed. Grill in back was a lifesaver for preparing boat outing lunch (at Crab Island 27 minutes down the road in Destin through XtremeH2O), and the beach was PERFECT. We also really loved Rumrunners at the Baytowne Wharf with all the live music, and some of us really loved getting out and exploring the beautiful Sandestin grounds in general, in Mareks little orange golf cart! We even drove right around the corner for Pizza By The Sea when we got unexpectedly hungry at night after having an early dinner, and grabbed some Ben & Jerry’s for late night ice cream fix! The next morning we went to the same little strip for Maple Street breakfast- all accessible by golf cart or walking a short distance. And the amazing Silver Sands Outlet mall is just 5 minutes down the street! We shopped until we dropped! We will definitely consider staying there for our next trip to Miramar Beach/Sandestin area!!!

The villa was so nice and so much to do at sandestin. We will definitely be back.

Exactly what we were looking for to spend two months golfing and relaxing in Florida. Will return next year.

My husband and I very much enjoyed this condo. It was clean, comfortable furniture, and communication with property manager was easy. Golf cart made getting around much easier. Back porch was very relaxing.

The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay another week, or two! Marek is very friendly and easy to deal with and the condo is just as described. It was very clean, updated, the kitchen has new utensils, pots and pans. The neighborhood is great and the golf cart was a lot of fun to get around easily on the resort. We had perfect weather all week and this condo felt like home from the minute we arrived. A great week of vacation!

This was my first time using VRBO to rent a villa/home. The entire experience was amazing. I booked 3 villas for me and my family and they could not rave enough about the house and how accommodating the property managers are. Everything is nearby, the homes were beautiful, and everyone at the resort was extremely friendly. Definitely coming back and booking with you again.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness as the other reviews rated it highly, but this was not our experience. We had hair all over both upstairs bathroom floors, dirty towels, dirty/stained sheets on both of the beds we used, and crumbs/debris in the living area. All of the bed pillows were flat and worn out. On a positive note, the decor is very nice and the use of the golf cart was great. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. We arrived a little bit late and didn’t discover the cleanliness issues until the evening. The host offered to send the cleaning crew the next day but it was not really feasible to wait on most of these issues and having people in the unit would have been a problem as we were traveling with our anxious dog, so we cleaned it ourselves. It was less than ideal to spend vacation time cleaning the rental. Otherwise, the location of the unit was good and it was a quiet area except late in the evening when birds near the water in the back made very loud repetitive honking noises. This is obviously no fault of the host and it may not happen all the time, but it happened on every night of our stay and it was difficult for us to fall asleep.

We had the best week in this amazing condo! It’s location is perfect and we arrived to it spotless and ready for us! Owner is super easy to reach and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had all we needed for our long weekend stay. The property manager was fantastic and answered my emails quickly and was very helpful. It was nice to have access to a golf cart, it made it easy to get to the beach and around without having to get in the car. The area is super quiet and nice with lots of walking paths. There were a few things that could have been better, (couple of light bulbs that were out and ironing board did not have a cover and the iron had seen better days). We would definitely book and stay again next time we are in the area.
