The property cleanliness was in question, but MVH made it right. The property itself looks great from pictures, but is in poor shape. The carpets are old and stained, the wall fixtures including towel bars and banisters are lose and falling down. The place needs a thorough cleaning, a paint job and some other updates. The golf cart on the other hand was awesome.

Stayed for a work conference and it was perfect

Unit is tired and in need of a refresh and updates, especially bathrooms. The upstairs toilet runs far too long. MVH was very helpful in this regard, installing a new ceiling fan and fixing toilets, but owners should invest some time. Lacking some basic amenities in the kitchen. There are over 60 glasses taking up all of the cupboard space! Furniture is dated and feels a bit dirty and the carpet upstairs needs to go.

Overall, the condo was nice. Check in was easy and a couple of small issues we found after check in were quickly resolved. A few things to make it a little nicer...there was still sand on the coffee table and kitchen counters when we got there, the upstairs carpet needs replaced, the dryer didn't work properly, windows were very dirty, the umbrella that was supplied was broken, as well as the gate handle to access the beach closet. Overall we had a nice stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was perfect size for 6 of us and in a great location. The couch in the living room is uncomfortable to sit on and could be replaced as well as the non reclining chairs but the BIGGEST issue was the air conditioning. It was 76 in the room when we arrived and turning it to 72 and getting it to 72 took all night. When it heated up the next day, the room ended up being 77 WITH the ac running non stop. Maint was called and came twice but nothing was done. I know this isn't normal because 2 other villas rented by my family were kept at 69 and 70 degrees the ENTIRE stay and ours struggled to get below 72 and the upper bedrooms were warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. I'm sorry, but as much as we paid for the stay, I feel like we should have been compensated some for the issue. 2 of our kids stayed down the lane with grandparents a couple nights because it was uncomfortably warm in the bedrooms. Little to no air flow from vents and all we were offered was 2 box fans and one had a broken blade and jumped around if turned on high. Get the ac repaired and it would be a great place to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Really nice golf cart to help get around on the resort. There is condensation in the screen on the golf cart which may need to be fixed. Parking can be an issue. Overall this property worked well for us and we would stay here again.
