Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed was very hard in queen bedroom. Also very small with little storage/closet space. Condo had a huge dead bug in kitchen and sand all over master bedroom when we checked in. We cleaned that ourselves. The bathtub was clogged in one of the bathrooms. We called the one 800 number and they sent somebody to fix that promptly. The location is great.

This unit is absolutely perfect, from the location in proximity to the pool to the back patio view. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen; we had everything we needed to cook meals. We love it here and can't wait to return! The only suggestion we have is the golf cart needs some work. Sometimes it wouldn't charge, and it is very rough riding and loud.

Great location and the unit was so very clean and comfortable.My only problem was that I arrived in Destin around 10am & tried to kill as much time as possible but by 1pm - I wanted to check in. The unit was vacant for 3 days prior to my arrival & it was empty & yet they still did not let me get in till 4pm ( thought that was not cool & not very accommodating considering how much it cost me.) Also we had some trouble with the upstairs TV Streaming. Was not able to really watch TV upstairs for a few days. I called them on day 3 after suffering with upstairs TV & they came & fixed it immediately.I give this unit 4.3 Stars & I would give it 5+++ stars if they let me check in a few hours early & had the upstairs TV working good. The downstairs TV was perfect all the time.Still the place was so clean, Golf Cart was awesome & the Kitchen was fully packed with great cooking gear.

The property is amazing! The golf cart is a must have here. You are so close to the beach and the pool and restaurants. The condo was clean and very nice. I would recommend switching to cotton sheets on the beds or bring your own b/c polyester sheets are way to hot. Personal preference though not a make or break for my stay.

We loved having the golf cart to get around the property including Publix! That made shopping fun! Vacation Haven was very easy to work with. Any issue(there were just a few)was promptly addressed and taken care of. The catch and release fishing was very popular! We especially liked eating at the Beach House and the Village Door. But we loved having the grill and dinner on the patio was always special! We loved everyday of our stay!

We are seniors and cannot sit on the low beach chairs that were at the rental. We would like to have had some high chairs that take us up off the sand.2. We did experience a few cockroach sightings inside the rental, which was a big negative for us.We have committed to renting this same unit for January & February 2025 and trust that these issues can be addressed.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I recently stayed at one of My Vacation Haven's Beachwalk Villas Condos for the third year in a row.Dealing with My Vacation Haven has always been very easy and I have never had an issue with any of the properties we have stayed at. Unit 5071 is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. Everyone one of the 4 members of my family had plenty of room to get cozy when we needed a rest. The golf cart was well taken care of as well. If I had a single complaint it would be that the cart seems to have some sort of speed control set on it which is slower than I would have liked. Again, not a complaint as it is not my property but it was slower than carts I have had the privilege of using in the past. We stay in Sandestin every year at the end of September and thanks to my vacation haven and properties like here comes the sun we will definitely be back next year, God willing! Thank you to the owners and My Vacation Haven for another great vacation!

This is a very nice property in the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. We stay in a different condo each year and this was one of our favorites. Our only complaint was a slight odor that lingered on our clothes even after we got home. It’s hard to describe but it was there. Other than that it was very clean and a great location.
