We loved our stay. The golf cart came in very useful because everything is near by. It made getting to the beach easy and sight seeing enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

Great location! House was very nice and well equipped. Nice fenced yard for the pups. Benchmark was great to work with and responded very quickly to anything we needed.

We had an awesome time this wee at Sea La Vie house. House was very clean upon check in. Benchmark management was very responsive to some questions we had sent them. Weber Genesis gas grill is a great asset as typically the houses we rented from had cheap grills. Golf cart provided great transportation and easy parking at he beach. Only complaint would be that the house is not stocked with any kitchen staples like salt and pepper, or other spices, olive oil etc. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, and only one roll of paper towels in the kitchen provided. Othere than that, I would highly recommended this property.

We love Miramar - the location, the beach, food, it's great! We have rented vacation homes in this specific neighborhood for the past few years. The proximity to the beach is 10/10 (15 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride - can't beat that). The community pool is ok - decent size pool, clean, and accessible. When it comes to the beach house rental, I would give it a 7/10. The house layout, and amenities are all really nice. We had 2 young kids who loved the low coffee tables and open floor plan to run around. There were a few odd things that happened, of which were handled and communicated with once I reached out to the team. When we arrived we did not have the gate code, so we needed to get someone driving by to let us in. There were towels in the washer, and the washer itself was inoperable. Someone came to take a look, but it continued to remain inoperable the entire time. When we arrived the upstairs balcony door was completely open. Overall, the house needs a good deep clean! Sheets, towels, and amenities were all fine. However, all of the shower drains were full of hair, the drying mats were not clean, and corners of the house were very noticeably dusty. The fence needs a good power washing and the grass needed to be cut. The Golf Cart is fine! Just really shaky and the wheel is hard to turn. Loved that this house had a crib! The communication was good - and whenever I needed something the team was responsive. Overall, we had a great time!

The day before checking in, the property manager send us a message that the dryer was broken and they were trying to repair prior to us visiting. We get a notification the day of check in that the dryer wasn’t fixed because they had to order a part and it wouldn’t be in before our arrival and stay. They offered for us to use the laundering service. I asked them the evening of the first day how the laundry service worked. (We had some guests who had camped out the evening prior and that day of check in went to the beach so they had dirty clothes and beach towels). After multiple attempts, the person answering the chats kept telling us that she was checking with their operations team. They informed us we could only use their laundry service ONCE during our stay. I asked for daily because we intended on going to the beach daily but their management team said no. 2 days later of going back and forth with them on the laundry service (and keep in mind, we are handwashing out clothes in the sink daily) I called and complained about the lack of communication. The lady tells me before she schedules the laundry service she needed to send someone out to check the washer because maintenance told her it was fixed. Maintenance showed up a couple of hours later to confirm the washer was broken and it needs a part. They only let us use their laundry service once out of the 5 nights and we hand washed our clothes in the sink at night. Exactly what we didn’t want to do on vacation.
