I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very good accommodations for our family. It was a good week in a good location. It was quiet and laid back with the very convenient neighborhood pool. The food cart was in good condition and perfect for our group. However, the home especially the floors were not clean (in fact extremely dirty). There were a few other malfunctions, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We really liked the home and neighborhood overall and will likely be back.

We had the same house for New Years this year and liked it so well we re-rented for Fall Break. The house is spacious, well located on the bay near the Wharf. We will return again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the property as advertised and in excellent condition. The house was perfect for our group. Downstairs bedroom for the grandparents and upper level for all the grandkids and friends along with their parents. The main level was well laid out for a large group to eat and entertainment. The resort was very nice with a nearby heated pool and clubhouse. The house is within easy walking or golf cart distance of the shopping, dining and entertainment venue at Baytown Wharf. We had a problem with the dishwasher on NY day and the property manager had a repairman at the house within two hours. We very much enjoyed our stay and are discussing reserving the house for fall break this year.

Reviewer Comments: Our family gathered at this beautiful house to spend some time together and go to the beach. The house was so spacious. The view from every tall window was of the gorgeous bay through the trees. Magnificent!The only negative was the VERY ridiculously overcrowded Sandestin beach. We went to the state park beach which was a drive, but beautiful and much less crowded.
