Property had electrical problems , sliding door issue/ lockout. Bbq pit broken and dryer working poorly

Great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked, My only suggestion would be to have a 6 person golf cart. And a general handy book/map of the area in the unit.

Reviewer Comments: I stay on this resort every year with my family but this year was not my best year my son was stuck in the bathroom for over an hour and maintenance never showed I had to remove the door know & we had issues with the bathroom toilet. Also the back porch was full of spider webs.

The location to the beach is great. The patio overlooks a pond and has pretty sunsets. The house itself was not very clean and the furniture could be better and cleaner. The grill is temperamental, it worked OK the first night, but still had a hard time getting all the burners to light and the third night could only get one of the burners to light. Love the area, but would choose a different house that is aesthetically prettier, and hopefully cleaner.

Not worth the price and have stayed at better accommodations for what they charged per night.

Quiet and relaxing, but close to restaurants and shopping. Roomy and clean. Management is quick to respond if you have questions. Would recommend considering this rental.

Nice updates, with a few works-in-progress that didn’t bother us at all, made the stay even nicer. Great dock for wishful-fishing, plenty of room for visiting, playing card games, or just watching the beautiful sunset in the evenings. Overall we completely enjoyed this rental and the resort itself. Definitely worth looking in to if you are headed to Sandestin, FL.A few ideas for improvements: 1. a second 4 seater cart, especially with the house accommodating 8, would be a great addition.2. the freezer was a bit temperamental with defrosting and freezing back over...didn’t effect our food any this trip3. The resort map/accomodations that is posted inside the coffeecup cupboard is a bit small for older eyes to read, a larger one would be helpful.4. a few more larger pots/pans would make meal-prep easier. If you are a family that cooks be prepared to purchase your basic pantry staples but there are plenty of knives, cutting boards, etc
