Golf Cart - Coconut Cove by SeaBreeze Vacation

We loved this house! Modern, clean, cozy, with a fantastic front porch and pool patio area. We will definitely book again! The pool exceeded our expectations in size and we loved the pool lighting for ambiance at night. . I really enjoyed the poolside hammock for reading each day. The included golf cart was the best one we have ever rented and seemed new. Booking with Seabreeze was seamless. Overall, very happy customers

The house was clean and organized. It suit our family of six comfortably. The pool and spa was a huge hit for all of us. The pool and spa were warm in January to enjoy into the evening hours. We also enjoyed the putt putt golf and games. The house was stocked for our five day stay. The golf cart was a great addition to getting around the island. I would highly recommend Seabreeze rental to anyone. They had great communication throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay again!

AMI did not disappoint! Our first trip to the area and we will definitely be back. Outdoor area was absolutely beautiful. Family of 6 with teenagers and the bedroom setup was great plus 2 living rooms to enjoy in the evenings. Perfect quiet location-close to the bay, ocean, coffee and food. We could have gone without the rental car since we could get everywhere we needed with the golf cart.

This is our third Seabreeze Vacation rental and there is a reason why we keep coming back. The home we stayed in was incredible - felt like we were living in MTV Cribs - we loved it so much we've booked to come back twice next year to the same property!

From start to finish communications with Seabreeze were amazing. The amenities with the rental, including a golf cart, made getting around the island easy. Any issue or concern was addressed immediately. Great experience!

Everything about our stay was spectacular. The house is very clean with beautiful furnishings. TVs in literally every room. The amenities were outstanding. It was the perfect vacation for my family. My toddler loved the “kids” room equipped with some toys. 10/10. Will definitely be back!

Our week on Anna Maria Island was so relaxing. We would stay there again for sure. We highly recommend staying there or any Sea Breeze vacation homes. Easy booking, check in and out process. The property was clean and sea breeze provided great service. The golf cart was a great addition. Also appreciated the laundry service for towels and sheets. Our specific property had a beautiful outdoor area and was great for our family vacation. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach as well as restaurants and shops.

The house was a perfect size for 7 girls! 3 full bathrooms and two sitting areas were wonderful. The star of the show was the outdoor space. The pool was a dream! Location on the north end of the island was quiet and enjoyable! Within 15 minutes to anything you needed. The golf cart being included was amazing. We will be back!!

We have stayed at this home before and loved it and wanted to return. We weren't expecting so many beautiful updates! : new metal roof, new siding and exterior color, interior paint refresh, new front door, new patio furniture and ping pong table. It was even better than our first visit! Our favorite aspect continues to be the comfortable front porch for reading, coffee, or wine. We love seeing the Sunshine Bridge lights at night from the porch, and glimpses of the bay in the morning. Just heavenly. The kids loved the pool and hammock and golf cart. Adults loved the hot tub for evenings. No complaints from anyone

We absolutely loved this house!! It is so guest/kid friendly. Has everything you need. Great communication for check in and check out. Everything about our stay was perfect. Pool/spa is amazing. Spent a lot of time in the hammock and by the pool. This was our first time on AMI and will absolutely be coming back!

Seabreeze Vacations was extremely easy to work with. They were very responsive with questions prior to check in and while staying at the property. Would definitely use them again for booking a vacation.

Great property and location. Having a heated swimming pool in August was a bit of a bummer, it wasn't refreshing at all, more like getting into a bath tub. AC unit needs an upgrade, or efficiency upgrade on the house as the unit ran almost continuously for 5 days. Understand the physics of temperature but there was no way to get cold water in the house, it went from warm to scalding with no in between.

Seabreeze Vacations was amazing to work with from booking to check out. Every single issue we had with our property was (at least) acknowledged and most were addressed. Response time and communication was 5 star all of the way! However, I would not book this property in the future. Way way too many issues for a home that was rated as an “Elite” property and the pricetag that went along with it. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but wouldn't recommend Coconut Cove.

Property was beautiful. They had a lot of towels and great amenities. Pool was awesome and all of the pool/beach stuff. Some of the things I didn't like were - they need to wipe down the walls around the hallway bathroom as there is dried pee on the walls and surrounding areas Also the bunk beds and some of the walls need some wiping down. If the hot tub was actually working, that would have really made my stay much better. A little more communication or instructions on the lock, explanation on the alarms would have been better. Lastly no fire pit when it is being advertised on the ad is not cool. Some type of advice on the golf cart about the handle to push down harder to make it go and that the police like to give tickets so be more careful when parking.

Great experience with staff from check in to check out. House is well equipmed for tons of fun outside by the pool. Short distance on golf caet to restaurants and shops on the island.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Amazing house. Very quiet and safe area. Easy access to everything. Golf cart very nice perk. Could have easily never left house, so many amenities. They really understate all this house has to offer. Even included beach chairs, wagon and toys Will 100% stay there again
