    Early check in was wonderful, & the overall home was very cozy. However, we had several issues. The plumbing in one of the upstairs bathrooms was very slow to drain. The downstairs toilets made an awful sound after flushing. It took 3 days to get linens for the pull out bed on the first floor. There were several light bulbs out throughout the home, no can opener or scissors, & getting these items took a while. The washer quit working after a few days, & a repair man was not going to be available until after our stay was over. Next day laundry service was offered, but who wants to send out their personal items, swimsuits, towels etc, & not get them back until the following day? The day before our stay was over, the golf cart conked out on Blue Mountain Beach road, & we did not get a replacement. On the last morning of our stay, we discovered water leaking from the ceiling, possibly from the washing machine. In addition, the pool was not available the last day of our stay for sanitary reasons. Lastly, the home makes odd sounds as if it is settling, or something else. The hallway does have a slope inward towards the middle of the home. This is our 3rd stay in the Blue Mountain Beach area, & I would have loved to have given it a better review, but sadly, there were just too many issues to overlook.

    Our family had an excellent time staying in this home, and the neighborhood is lovely. The interior of the house was decorated nice and was very clean. Having the golf cart was really beneficial to get to the beach and drive to dinner. The pool area was also a great plus, and the kids enjoyed using it daily. Some areas for improvement include the following (1) only 4 of the 6 bikes worked. We notified the property management team and we don't think they were ever fixed. (2) The outside areas such as the deck, screened patio and grill area were dirty. We picked up some of the pop cans that were left, and then called to have the areas cleaned. The maintenance staff came and cleaned up the dead bugs, but didn't go the extra distance to wipe anything down, or clean off the picnic table and patio area. (3) Somewhat understandable, the property lacked some basic items that you would get even in a hotel room, such as coffee filters for the coffee pot, salt, pepper, and cheap trash bags that ripped etc. This is advertised as a high-end Overall the property management team was responsive and provided quick responses.

    With the array of options for the area of Santa Rosa, we were more than thankful to have lucked in to this property. The location was perfectly placed from the public beach access and local shopping and food selections. The golf cart and bikes were an added feature of the property that made getting around seamless. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness. It was by far the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed. The spaciousness was also perfect for our party of 11. The kitchen was fully supplied for us to cook each meal without having to bring anything from home. The beds were all VERY comfortable and the air conditioner worked as it should without any problems (something that seems to be on many reviews as not working in other properties). The outdoor grill area, with a table was a nice feature, as well as the front porch and upstairs balcony porch to watch sunsets. We will definitely stay at this property again.

    We loved our stay in this beautiful home in Blue Mountain Beach. There was plenty of room for a family of nine (the majority of which were adults). The community amenities were really nice and the use of the golf cart and bikes was great for our large family. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

    I really liked this stay a lot. We had everything we needed for a large group. It’s a little deceiving to say you’re a short walk to the beach. In my mind that is like 5 minutes but in reality it’s more of a 20-30 minute walk to the beach which I would not recommend if you have a lot of people and things to carry. We had to orchestrate the beach trip by using the golf cart and taking several trips. So, it was nice that was included bc otherwise it is too far. Other than that, the stay was perfect
