Beach Access: Sandy Curls Cottage is about 1 mile from the Blue Mountain Beach Access, a convenient beach access with public restrooms. It's also located 1.3 miles from the Gulfview Heights Beach Access as well! Take the provided 6-Seater, Street-Legal Golf Cart, or one of the provided bikes to get there quick!



Pool Access: The Seasonally Heated Community Pool, just STEPS from the home, offers an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub fire pit and more! Seasonally heated March and April!



Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits next to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access just one mile from the front door!



Directly across from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A pleasant mile walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.



Hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, Victorian paneling, and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The dining room and living room lead to a large fully screened-in back patio with gas grill, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze. The front porch is also screened in and offers ample seating.



The master suite is conveniently located on the first floor with a King bed and large private bath with double vanities and a large standing shower. The second floor holds three bedrooms; two with Queen beds, and a third children's bedroom holding two twin beds with a pull out trundle. There are two full bathrooms serving the upstairs bedrooms, and a powder room off the living area.



Named after the blue lupine flowers that grace its large sand dunes, the coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach lies between Grayton Beach and Gulf Place along the scenic 30A corridor.     This cottage was so nice. We absolutely loved it for our family vacation. The location is amazing. The beautiful community pool was a 1 minute walk away. The beach was beautiful and the golf cart made it so convenient. There are some many nice shops and restaurants nearby. Screened in porches on the front and back. The beds were some comfortable. The cottage is well equipped for those meals in. We will definitely be back.

    Overall, the property and location was great. There was a house being built next door and there was saw/construction dust all over all the outdoor furniture. Other than that, everything was exceptional. We all enjoyed.

    We loved our stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home. High quality beds, I was happy to see that the bedsheets were all cotton not microfiber. The water pressure was low in the kitchen sink but showers were fine so I’m not sure what that was about. The golf cart was a great highlight. Beach, pool, coffee and ice cream were all super close with a lil cart ride. Found an organic grocery up the road as well!

    We enjoyed our stay and liked the location .. very convenient to 30A and near the beach. The beach at Blue Mtn is nice but very small (we paid ahead for beach set ups ) There is a life guard .. the area is limited by home owner areas on either side. The house itself was clean and large living areas. 2 screened porches which were really nice . We did not use the grill or the outside patio so not sure about that area. We really liked the front screened porch for coffee. There were plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. Kitchen was nice. The house is obviously rented out quite a bit.. as are many houses in this neighborhood .. everyone was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend !

    Private beach rules different at each beach and such limited parking even with cart made going to beach a hassle. Grayton state park was a exception but it has limited capacity. Overfilled Publix beach area with very few people of private beach side. House was very nice and well maintained

    We had a great stay! The property was very nice with minimal wear. We had an issue with the upstairs hall bathroom, but the property manager was very responsive and a maintenance person came within hours and resolved the issue. Would stay again!
