Goldstone 7 Bedroom 5 Bathrooms

Check in was pretty simple. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. We had issues with the dryer not drying our clothes, but they sent people out to help resolve the issue. I love how the middle room upstairs had an ocean view. It did get humid upstairs during the day, but we resolved this by spending more time at the beach! At night, upstairs was decent and pretty cool at times. Some of the doors would get a little stuck at times making it hard to open, but it was manageable. We love the area the house was in. The beach wasn't crowded at all, making it really nice. The house itself is very beautiful.

We have been visiting Navarre Beach for 25 years now and the Goldstone had everything we needed for an exceptionally comfortable and convenient family Thanksgiving! The home is well furnished with all the essentials plus extras! Large gathering/kitchen area made together time easy and comfortable. Easy access to the beach as well as a partially covered deck made the ocean accessible for everyone! We'll be back!

Very family friendly house to stay. We had 4 families there. Grand parents in the master. Each sibling and spouse then had two rooms for themselves and kids. Plenty of room to spread out and play. Beach is clean and comfortable. Kitchen amenities were nice and we all took turns making a meal for 12. Would recommend and potentially will stay again.

Great place… wonderful location! Could use a pancake griddle and some hangers in the closets. Overall perfect for a large family with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

We had a really great week with family at this property. The house is maintained in good condition and the location right on the beach can’t be beat. Our only frustration was that I didn’t catch the check in information that was apparently listed separately in a link sent over email by the rental agency. This caused confusion for us on the first day, but after a couple of phone calls we realized we needed to go down and pick up a key from the office. It would be much appreciated if the VRBO listing could explicitly call out that you need to look out for check in and additional information from the management company and that you will be required to pick up a key. Once we got the key and accessed the property, we settled in for a great week.

All in attendance agree that we would stay here again! We love to prepare our own meals and the kitchen was very well appointed. Walk right out to the beach or sprawl on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed visiting with neighbors on our walks.

We had a great time at this house! There were 16 adults and 3 children under 2 and there was plenty of bedrooms for us all. The living room/kitchen area was a little small for our group size but there is another living room area on the second floor for spreading out. The large deck was great for lounging on and watching the sunrise and sunset. We were blessed with beautiful sunny and warm weather for this time of the year. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental house on the beach. One note of caution if you have older adults that have a hard time with steps it might be difficult for them. My mother is 77 and has some knee issues and had a hard time going out to the beach. The property manager was quick with their response to any questions we had.

The rental management company was super super friendly and nice! Loved booking with them. House was beautiful! They prepared you well for what you need to bring. Love this house!

Everyone loved it. The location was perfect, close to Walmarts and gas stations. The master bath shower was not very clean, it had hairs in the back part of the shower and so did two other showers. The floors were not swept clean so there was no walking barefoot in the house. Make sure that you take pictures of the house upon leaving...
