This home accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Situated just a short 5 minute drive to Queenstown town centre, this is the perfect home for your next Queenstown holiday.

The open plan living/dining area opens out to a deck with an outdoor table setting; perfect for a summer BBQ or drinks in the sunshine. The large kitchen is well appointed and flows through to the living/dining area.

Golden Views is located just a short 5 minute drive to the Queenstown town centre. Located close to the lake and the Frankton walking/biking trails. The renowned Sherwood restaurant and Boat Shed cafe are also in close proximity should you wish to dine out.

Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out. NO SMOKING POLICY -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking. Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave. RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies. DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.

    This is a stunning property with amazing views and excellent space for a large family or group. We were 8 people aged 10 to 75, and there was loads of space and the property generally very well looked after. The views from the large deck are amazing, and the interior space is excellent. It’s not a cheap property, but for us it was great value for money. Definitely recommended.
