Excellent house, very well positioned, easy walk to town and beach. The house is large and works really well, great design, quiet areas as has a lovely garden which we all enjoyed including our dog. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was spacious and very well equipped, with the added bonus of each room having its own en-suite. Communication with the owner was clear and check-in was easy and straightforward. A great stay — would definitely recommend!

Unusual property but very practical and roomy. Great for family reunions and groups. Each bedroom is very comfy with own private sitting room and bathroom. Great location, short walk to beach, cafe and Sawtell Village. The house was great for our family get together with the three separate suites and large kitchen and living areas. The backyard was very nice, a lovely sunny aspect with covered deck was well used.The hosts were very responsive, flexible and welcoming and check in was easy. We would recommend the Ginger House and will definitely book again.

Plenty of room and comfortable, close to shops and amentities

This was wonderful, so much space. Each couple had their own bedroon,ensuite and lounge area. Then there is a huge kitchen area, and another huge living room with 3 lounges and large dining table. Even though the weather was not the kindest we were all there to catch up and spend time together.

A lovely holiday house with large communal areas to come together for meals ,games and enjoying each others company plus private wings when you want to chill or rest or watch TV.House in great position for walking to town or beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants.Very friendly and obliging hostsThank you for sharing this gem with us

The accommodation had everything that you would need and everything was well-marked to be able to find things. Was traveling with kids and dogs and it was good experience.

Great accomodation, would recommend

A great place for three couples with each room having its own bathroom and sitting room. The kitchen is really well equipped. The location is great for accessing the beach and a choice of good restaurants.

3 generation stay; could seperate or come together in total comfort with availability of 4 living areas! Everything for easy living at hand ; well equipped. Loved the artworks and libraries. We felt it was luxurious; each pair thought theirs the best suite!

The lovely host allowed my three dogs the house was amazing very well set out it was a very short walk to excellent beaches and tracks to explore the town has great food and atmosphere only a short walk from ginger highly recommended
