Gilbert Heritage District in Downtown Gilbert - Lot 7

Our host, Dean, was great. Always available when we needed something. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved that we were within walking distance of downtown Gilbert

The location was perfect. Great amenities with the hot tub and community pool. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. The decor could use a little updating but nothing to keep us from using this spot again. Overall, a great stay.

This home is extremely clean! The beds were so comfortable! We loved the fire pit and hanging out on the cozy patio in the evening. Thank you for supplying the stuff to make s’mores, that was the best! It was also so nice having all the coffee varieties to choose from. The pool was right outside the front door, amazing! Walking distance to so many bars/restaurants. Just perfect!

We stayed with our two year old and loved the location to downtown Gilbert and proximity to the pool and communal grassy area.

Place was excellent but took a couple of phone calls to get codes to access the place.

This appeared too good to be true with amazing pictures and narrative---and its all true!

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights as a last-minute booking. Clean, nice decor and comfy bed. Used the hot tub on the roof, which was nice, as well as the front patio. The 2 bedrooms are large and include bathrooms, so we would book again when traveling with another couple. Owner was very responsive via the app messaging.

Really close to bars, restaurants, and freeways. Quiet, nicely furnished, and definitely we would rent again.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The host was very responsive. It’s 2 blocks from downtown Gilbert and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We escaped MN winter for a long weekend away with friends. Enjoyed the beautiful home and had lots of fun on our short excursions and downtown entertainment.

May stay was incredibly convenient. My stay was walking distance to downtown and driving access to highways was very easy. The condo was easy to live in. All extras were provided, which was very appreciated. The area is pretty private and safe. I would stay here again and again.

Second time staying here and love everything about it! From the cleanliness of the property, layout and location everything was perfect! We love being able to walk to Old Town Gilbert so many great places to eat. Love this place and have it booked again in February.

This was our second stay and the place was as good as we remember. The neighborhood is fun and has everything you need right out the front door. It was clean and comfortable, with the rooftop hot tub as the cherry on the top.

Our stay at this property was amazing we will go back for sure next summer.
