Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: would have given this property a full five rating on everything were it not for the airconditioning in one of the bedrooms not working from the beginning of our stay. The management moved quickly to fix but needed to order a part so we were without airco in this bedroom for the first half of our stay. It was something that should have been tested and known before our arrival. That said we loved everything else about the place as well as the management.

The home and property was amazing

Beautiful house! The location was perfect for traveling with young adults/teenagers and my MIL who is 81. Great shops and places to eat close by and the walk across the yard to the beach....amazing! The home is well immaculate and cozy , pool was amazing and the landscaping inspiring. I would not hesitate to stay at this home again when visiting beautiful Oahu. You want to go out and explore (we did!) but you also can't wait to get home again and relax!

Everything about this property was top notch. The yard was beautiful and very big for being right in the beach. The views of the ocean and neighboring mountains were incredible. The communication with the property manager was prompt and succinct. The only thing I could critique was that we had some trouble with the a/c not working in a couple of the rooms, but the property manager was on it quickly and had repair people out fast. All in all it was such a pleasant stay and we will definitely be back.

The location on Kailua beach is unbeatable. The view is amazing. We spent mornings on the beach and retreated to the pool with is on the other side of the house most afternnons when it got too hot. The pool is great with good balance of sun and shade. The two lanais, one facing the beach and one by the pool are perfect for lounging and meals. The house is well designed, very comfortable, and well maintained. The bedrooms have AC, which is needed in the evening - at least in July. Although the living areas do not have AC, the cross breeze is more than enough to keep things cools. Kailua's shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive and very convenient. Lanikai beach is a hope away! Just perfect. The property manager, Steve, is extremely responsive and is great to work with. We are already planning a return for next year!

Love that you can open up the main area and let the breeze in. AC in the bedrooms was great. Looks just like the pictures.

Pool, lawn and beach were the highlights. The house was a bonus, fully stocked and manager had a rapid response. Would definitely stay again! Buzz's and Nico's restaurants are super close and good!

The beach is soft sand, just the right amount of waves (in July), a mile from the kailua village. It is perfect! the house is beautiful. The owners clearly love the property with lots of art and other touches that make it a home. The property was very well kept, the house extremely clean. the living area cannot be more perfect with ocean on one side and a great pool on the other with the living room in between. I can't say enough about the lawn and the beach access. An amazing tree with a large canopy provides shade all day for sitting either on the lawn facing the ocean or on the beach. All was perfect.Because of a scheduling glitch with VRBO, the property was not ready for two days after we got there. The property managers had found us a wonderful place just down the beach to use for two days even before our plane landed. They were extremely helpful and made the transition as easy as possible. Thank you Steve for all your help. We are ready to book again for our next trip!
