Stayed Dec 26, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family vacation spot. It fits my brother's and my family well. We have stayed here several times over the last 6 years and the house has been maintained well. The only issue we have had consistently is with the fireplace. Negative pressure in the house seems to pull smoke out of the fireplace when the furnace comes on.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Great home layout for two families. Convenient location and easy biking distance to Glaze Meadow and Lakeside pool. Also very nice to be so close to Paulina Springs, Paulina Pool, and the trail system. Kid friendly loft. Well-equipped kitchen and nice outdoor dining space.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house layout worked well for four adults and three teenage kids. We were able to spread out or gather around the table for games, meals, conversation. Our communication with property management was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024great location, nice house but disappointed dishwasher and ice machine did not work. No dishwasher over a Thanksgiving holiday made things difficult.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good. House was well-equipped for cooking and living. The only issue was bats in the outside walls of one bedroom. The management company acknowledged this was an ongoing problem that they have tried to address several times - unsuccessfully.The house is walking distance to Paulina Springs, a tennis court and the Paulina Springs Pool, which is convenient.Road noise on Hawks Beard was not an issue.

The house had all the amenities and was more than comfortable for us! The microwave stopped working while we were there, but they were quick to respond by bringing us a small countertop one. We will rent again!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 which, included three teenage boys, enjoyed a week at the ranch packed with activities. The rental house suited us perfectly and was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Central air was a plus and the large patio table was appreciated. Easy access to Paulina pool and Big Meadow golf as well as the Heritage Trail. The visiting deer in the area was a plus. Would recommend this for families if stairs aren’t a problem and you don’t need more than two bathrooms.
