Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of ten (with four grandchildren) stayed at GH 219 for the first time. For the previous fifteen years, we stayed at another property managed by the Black Butte Realty Group. This home is very nice. It was large enough to accommodate our needs, and gave us room to spread out. The master suite is roomy and quiet and has a retreat area so that we, as grandparents, were able to get way if we wanted to. The great room is large and allowed all of us to be together in the evening. The grandchildren really enjoyed the TV/video room, and the back deck is expansive and the setting is beautiful.

By far this is the best outdoor space with plantings, a large grass panel off porch, and natural environment. Felt secluded which we enjoyed. This also is the largest great room space with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with spices. I added cinnamon and a garlic press (which I like to have on vacation when I am a lazy gourmet cook).Our group included 7 adults and 3 children. My wife and I used the generously sized king-size en-suite on first floor. Upstairs, our daughter and her husband and nearly 2-year old in the queen, the nanny in the double room, and our son and his wife and 2 kids (11 and 13) in the bunk room. So only one bathroom on 2nd floor was a bit inconvenient but not horrible. The family of 4 in the bunk room used the downstairs full bathroom. There is also a TV room on the first floor with a sofa bed. Couldn’t figure out how the air mattress worked. If we had, our son and his wife could have occupied that space. Loved this property!!!!!

The hot tub was great and the family room was large enough for all of us to gather and play games. Plenty of kitchen items for our breakfast and dinner cooking. Three bathrooms was a bit of a stretch for ten ladies but it worked!

Black Butte Ranch is stunning! This HOME felt welcoming! High end furnishings and decor don’t do justice to this beautiful place! Relaxing on the deck, enjoying the hot tub, gathered by the stone fireplace or preparing meals in the kitchen we were so grateful for all the amenities! The original art work throughout the house was a happy surprise! Can’t recommend this house ENOUGH!! Thank you!! We hope to be back!

Great location, good layout for multi generational families. Our grandkids loved having a back yard, and the back deck was perfect for family dinners. Good location, convenient to many amenities. We hope to return !

We had a small family reunion to celebrate our Dad's 88th birthday. The property was just perfect. Better than we even imagined. We enjoyed walks, pickleball, and meals on the beautiful deck. We just couldn't be happier!
