This beautiful home overlooks the Big Meadow Golf Course 18th fairway. The location of this home is perfect with a short walk or bike ride to the Big Meadow Golf Shop, Lodge Recreation Center, and several dining options. This Grand upgraded home has unique lodge deco, a Chef's kitchen, and an expansive deck overlooking the golf course. This home is perfect for family gatherings at a dining table that seats 10 guests, a large outdoor seating area with a BBQ, and an addition dining table (4 guests) that is perfect for morning coffee, family games, or a place to sit with your computer. A huge two-car garage is available to Renters and is perfect for storing your golf clubs and bicycles and offer plenty of parking.

MAIN FLOOR | The Primary Bathroom has a large soaking tub, an exquisite shower, double vanity sinks, a California King bed, large closet, and plenty of storage for clothes. A 2nd bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and custom-made dresser along with an updated bathroom just a few steps away. The family room and bunk room provide space for 4 extra-long twin beds, a large HD television, room for kids to play and hang out and a bathroom with double sinks, plenty of towels, and an awesome, spacious shower.

SECOND FLOOR | The upstairs bedroom suite has bathroom, sitting room, and large bedroom with a king bed.

INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.

PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.

BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.

LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.

VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.

BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.

PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

The kitchen was full of dishes and pots and pans and even some basics like spices and sugar. There were plenty of towels and extra things like pillows and pillow cases. It was a great place to stay and all the different things to do just made it that much more fun!

That was disappointing!We like to cook and the kitchen was perfect for baking pie and 1 to 3 course meals.Location great!The home is a gorgeous cabin, therefore a bit dark with the wood, but cozy feel, skylights during the day keep things light and bright.The furnishings are of nice quality and comfortable. We enjoyed the round game table too.Lovely experience. Thank you, the Hendricks' et al.We appreciate a home that accommodates our pets, it's always sad to have to leave 1 behind, with a 2 dog maximum.

The house has everything that you need to enjoy Black Butte Ranch. Watching the golfers come through from the deck onto the 18th tee is special for me. The owners always do some updates in the off season, as they really take care of the home. We also notice those things since we know the home well. I can't say enough good things about this property!
