Golf Home #091A is a spacious (4,401 sf) well-crafted home with a large outdoor patio, and a gas BBQ to enjoy views of the beautiful 5th fairway. For larger parties, rent GH091 for even more space. Although not ADA certified, it has accessibility to main floor and outside deck.

LOWER LEVEL | A few stairs down from the kitchen will lead you to 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms share a full bath. The living area has 5th fairway views and 2 living room spaces with couches for relaxing by the gorgeous brick fireplace. Enjoy the recently added Smart TV and surround sound. A slider door leads to a deck with comfy furniture and a fireplace to enjoy fairway views.

MAIN FLOOR | A spacious, well-lit home with high ceilings, and wood and tile flooring. There's an amply supplied kitchen with state-of-the-art refrigerator; brushed nickel appliances and large countertop areas There's a bar area for mixing cocktails or mocktails. Dining for 12 just off the kitchen with views of the koi pond. Off the living room is a game room with ping pong table, large TV and a small sized putting green. There's a 1/2 bathroom nearby and a room with 4 twin beds. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own cozy fireplace and a luxurious, full bath with jetted tub.

SECOND FLOOR | A lovely bedroom with king bedroom with a full bathroom (shower only)

INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.

PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.

BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.

LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.

VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.

BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.

CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.

PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fun home. The layout was perfect, allowing each of our three families to have their own separate space (though it should be noted that the spacious upstairs bedroom has internal 'windows' that open up to the living room below; that, along with not having a bedroom door, made this room a little more noisy). The kitchen was really well stocked, but could use an updated set of some of the essentials (namely pots and pans). All bedrooms seemed to have new mattresses that were very comfortable. And two of the home's bathrooms have been beautifully updated. We loved the location on the golf course and a short, flat bike ride to the lodge pool and Big Meadow to see the horses. Of all the locations we've stayed in Black Butte, this was one of our favorites.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three groups of people stay here. Two families with kids ranging image from 8, 10, 13 and 14 and a single fellow. All ten of us fit very comfortably and there easily could have been room for a couple more kids or adults willing to share the kids bedroom as they were very comfortable looking twin beds. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your own food or even toast in the new year in style! The management company was quick and kind to respond to any questions we had. If you want to have a small family or friend reunion, I highly recommend this place. It’s so close to hoodoo ski resort that the trip up and back is a breeze.
