The house was just as described. It was perfect for us while participating at the All-American at the Brazo County Expo Center. It was very welcoming. Arrival and departure were very easy. Kathy, the hostess was very quick to respond to our inquiries. Highly recommended.

This beautiful home is the perfect size for a few families to share and was immaculate, which is something you don’t always get with a rental. The host replied quickly and helped whenever we had questions! Definitely rent here if you’re in the area! Best VRBO rental I’ve stayed in so far and I’ve been renting for years!!

We booked this property so that our family could be together to celebrate our son's Texas A&M graduation. It was perfect for our needs, very comfortable, clean and beautiful house. It was nice that the coffee was stocked and we had plenty of towels, sheets, blankets and kitchenware. We also had plenty of parking and didn't have to park in the street because there was ample space in the back and could even park 2 cars in the garage. Would definitely book again!

The modern farmhouse was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway while visiting our son at A&M! The attention to detail, from the decor, to the bed linens, and a fully stocked kitchen made it feel just like home! It was immaculately kept and we also enjoyed sitting out on the back patio on Saturday morning. We had a delightful stay at this lovely home! The well appointed kitchen had all we needed to make a lovely Thanksgiving meal and be right at home! The owners even had it decorated for Thanksgiving...couldn't ask for a warmer welcome. They were very responsive with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful home with very nice upgrades! Loved the shiplap, ceiling tile, gas stove, and a garage for our car! Nicely decorated and VERY comfortable beds! We were impressed with the cleaness, the amount of amenties furnished, the ample space, excellent air conditioner and the overall condtion of the property. We would have given the property a Top Star ratingbut there were some negatives: The hall bath has a two (2) foot entry door restricting entry of the handicapped, the hall bath did not have adequate safety hold bars creating a potential fall event for all persons with and without handicaps. The twin bed matresses were extremely uncomfortable and unsafe because of age and being peaked in the middle causing a person to continiously feel like they are going to roll out of bed.

The house was perfect for our family as we were in town for a family wedding. The house is beautiful, and the owner was responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property!
