Bisbee, Arizona
Like most older homes in Bisbee, this home is quaint with several modern updates thoughtfully made by the previous owners. A covered screened porch greets guests as they make their way back from the adventures of the day. As you enter the home an eclectic blend of modern meets vintage. The kitchen provides all you need to prepare a 4 star meal... if you brought along, or are a 4 star chef. Keurig, toaster, microwave and Cuisinart cookware will help make your stay more practical. Both bedrooms are equipped with a full bed each. The beds came from Aunt Cissie's boarding house out of Kokomo Colorado (no longer in existence). Aunt Cissie's sister, Helen, was the mother of Clarence Malley, a one time Police Chief here in Bisbee. The bathroom features a granite countertop and a walkin shower, sorry no clawfoot tub, but just as effective. Last but not least...almost no stairs and a convenient store across the street.
Cute little 2 bedroom home, working A/C, working heater and water heater. Close to downtown. What more can I say, we would definitely stay here again!
Property very nice. Very convenient.
Comfy beds, great location,very quiet.
This place was so cute and had everything we needed. Lots of spots to have a coffee like the front screened in porch or the backyard. Books on ghosts and haunted places in the southwest were great. This place was comfortable for the three of us. We enjoyed it very much.
I agree with the others, great place! I especially liked the colorful walls, dish ware (plenty of utensils as well) and bathroom. Although across the street from Circle K, (the side) there was no issue having the windows open at night. I had a camping chair with me so was extra comfortable sitting on the porch. Lots of little things: plenty of coffee, creamer etc; shampoo, conditioner and body wash; kleenex, paper towels and tp.
The house was a small but very cute property! There was no wifi but Bisbee is a charming town and you'll find so much more to do in town so you won't need the internet.
We can’t say enough about the kindness and attentiveness that Padraic showed to us. The house is darling, the area is beautiful and despite some unfortunate circumstances, we would definitely stay at his home again. Five Stars!
While the house isn’t loaded with tech amenities its a very charming, clean and quirky little house. Great value and very convenient location! Didn’t understand why not having stairs was listed as a perk, but now that I’ve been to Bisbee I get it and it’s invaluable!
We found the home to be a diamond in the rough. Staying in a historic little house was so fun. We loved everything about it. Others complained about noise and we found that not so in the night time. Loved the little porch, nice place to have a toddy. If your looking for fancy you won't find it here, just a cute, relaxing, and everything you need kind of place.
The house was as advertised. It was clean, convenient and quiet. Also the price beat the hotels so really it was a no brainer to book. It’s an easy walk down to heart of the town. If I’m in Bisbee again I’d for sure look to see if this property is available
Loved the location and the house
Lovely little property, within walking distance of downtown. Comfy beds & all the required imenities. Would definitely stay there again. No internet or tv but was actually nice to disengage for a few days.
Easy process from start to finish. I appreciated receiving messages from the owner. Great little house and great location.
A perfect home away from home for two weeks.
Great time, convenient location. The house had all the amenities you need for a weekend trip. The host was very quick to answer any questions.
A beautifully kept miners cabin in a most interesting mining (now artist) colony. Bisbee is so interesting with so much to see in walks around town. The property is spotless and the beds comfy. It is a challenging uphill walk from town on a cold (20 degree) night, but a small price to pay.
Loved this house, perfect for a couple or small group! Location ia perfect, short walk to downtown and CircleK is nearby. Quiet at night and beds are very comfortable.
We really enjoyed ourselves had a great time
Great location and just what we needed for the Bisbee 1000 weekend.
Nice location, tastefully decorated. Nice patios. Everything we needed.
Such a great place! Felt like a better version of home! Great owner, easy to talk to and friendly! If you’re in Bisbee, stay here!
Totally unplugged. Close to downtown scene and although a Circle K was next door it was pretty quiet. Beds were comfortable and the living room chairs were a delight.
Excellent place to stay in Bisbee during a hot July weekend. Great air conditioning in the house...more comfortable than most shops & restaurants in town. 2nd stay in the house in 4 months. Like the location and parking just outside the door. Very clean. The only issue we had was that both of the beds are a bit too small for a couple. We would stay there again and recommend the house to others staying in Bisbee for a few days.
This little house is nestled in the neighborhood just a short walk from everything. We were there for Memorial Day weekend. While Bisbee was rocking the fun, the location of the house was quiet. We really enjoyed being unplugged. I would highly recommend!
Really enjoyed our girl trip here. The bungalow is very comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect place to disconnect and get away. Climb the stairs, attend a séance and enjoy some great food and drink.
Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for getting away from it all. Really enjoyed the town of Bisbee. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were a couple of outdoor chairs for back yard. We will definitely come back again.
