Stayed Dec 26, 2025This was the perfect place for our vacation..it was in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to attractions. The rental was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the back porch over the river.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025This is a great place to stay! The rooms were all nice and clean. The towels were even soft (which rarely happens anywhere we stay) and smelled nice. It's located in a good spot, where you can drive to The Island in minutes, or Dollywood in just a few more. Being right beside the river was nice, too. We watched a few ducks, geese and a squirrel in or along the water. Thanks for letting us stay! We will remember this for future trips.

Stayed Aug 2, 2023This is our second trip to the same location and it was just as convenient and relaxing as it was the first time. On the little river our girls enjoyed playing in the water and tubing. Just minutes away from the parkway. This location is very convenient. We highly recommend this spot if you are going to visit pigeon Forge! Great stay!

Stayed Nov 12, 2022The property was in the best location. Easy to get to and a simple jaunt to Knoxville for us . The amenities were just as they were pictured. We had the best time . It was just what we had hoped for . We certainly hope to return next year
