Hot water heater, hot water goes out quick. Safe quiet place close to everything. More light next to Grill area would be, nice. Ice trays are a must Bathroom toilet out of level and door wouldn’t close in one click. Afraid of the mirror falling Overall an amazing stay Thankyou.

Cozy and cute

We have stayed here many times and I just booked a March visit. Great for two people who want to be able to walk to many places in Bend.

Such a cute place that was perfect walking distance to everything. The host was very welcoming and had everything I needed on my short trip. Will definitely be back and stay here again.

Overall, the stay was great. The location was close to downtown and the highway. It was easy to find and easy to access once we got there. It could have been cleaner. There was dust on the dishes and appliances. There was a lot of dust accumulated under the bed. There were a few long black hairs on the wall of shower and the shower curtain could use a replacing.Overall, these were very minor issues. I would definitely stay there again!

Cute studio that had everything I needed. Good location, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom is very small but it was just me so it was fine. The room was quite cool even in 90 degree weather without the A/C on — some might like it that way but it was a little too cool for me when barefoot and in shorts and short sleeves. The neighborhood was very quiet but I could hear footsteps and voices from guests above. There’s very little natural light since it’s a basement. Appreciated the table and chairs outside but the area (landscaping) could use some fixing up and cleaning up. There’s just one small table and 2 chairs and I believe its availability is shared with the main floor guests, but I think I was the only one that used it during the five nights I was there.

We enjoyed our stay at the Georgia Lindy Bungalow. It was a welcoming and comfortable place to come to after long days of adventures in and around Bend.I would be happy to rent this unit again for a future visit. Thank you,Kelly Maine

Studio was located very centrally in Bend making getting from place to place super easy. It was perfect for our week long stay.

Just came to getaway for a few days. This was an excellent location. Quiet, comfortable and clean. We will be back!

Fantastic central location, what a great spot to stay in Bend. Walking distance to many of hot spots in town.

I really enjoyed my five night visit, the studio was very clean, roomy and cute decor, very comfortable. Loved having my pups with me, we walked all over the place and was nice to come back to this very quiet location. Perfect spot to experience Bend, two blocks to downtown for coffee shops, food carts (loved The Podski!) and close to Market of Choice (three blocks in the other direction) and many other conveniences within walking distance or riding my bike. Felt private, highly recommend! Nice and quiet neighborhood!

Loved the location and had all that we needed. Only suggestion I would give is to note on the check in instructions that the Studio is down stairs.

Perfect little basement cottage for us to stay while walking over to Hayden Homes Amphitheater for a couple of shows this summer. Also a very short walk to old town Bend for restaurants and fun things to do!

Very cool property and location, but there were no curtains on the two windows in the main living area, and the BATHROOM WINDOW leading out into a common hallway with what I assume is a shared laundry room. Certainly it's not too much to ask to use the toilet or shower, and not have an open window to outside with no privacy at all?! My wife ended up not coming with me at the last minute due to a family emergency; if she had, we probably would have just canceled and stayed somewhere else. I was going to call somebody, but I didn't really need remediation, I just expect curtains or shades on an outside window. Other than that, the property was great, and I would have recommended it. If that situation isn't rectified, I would discourage anybody from staying here or having anything to do with Alpenglow rentals in the future.

Great place to stay in Bend! My husband and I have stayed here several times and love the location, ease of booking and conveniences. Just one thing—owners, please put up a curtain in the bathroom and living room windows. Even though the windows are below ground, people who walk by or do yard work can see into the studio at the right angle. I managed to cover the windows with pillows and towels, but shouldn’t need to! Otherwise, a great, convenient, fully furnished apartment.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here for a few nights. Location was excellent, and place was clean and perfect for my wife and I. Check in was very convenient and easy. Highly recommend!

Located in Old Bend, this was a nice place for us as we were constantly exploring the outdoors and nearby attractions. 5 min walk to downtown and 10 min walk to Old Mill area. Great communication with rental agency and easy check in and check out.
