The house was very nice, comfortable beds, and the hosts were great to work with!

The host and house amenites were fabulous. It was home away from home. The space was well thought out. The kitchen was well stocked. We will return in the future.

This is our 3rd time staying at this amazing property with our friends for a summer vacation. We love how close it is to the water whether you walk or ride the golf cart. We love to hangout by the fire pit and roast some s’mores and use the grill. And the screened in patio is perfect for mealtime, playing games or just relaxing. Even the old neighborhood dog, Max, likes to come and hang with us too! The property is always clean and the hosts are always helpful! We have had trouble getting our entry code to work every year, but David is always quick to answer and eager to help! Overall, this is such a charming property that feels like our home away from home. We can’t wait to stay here again for many years to come! Can’t recommend it enough!!!

Excellent location, well-equipped home, very comfortable!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and we continue to enjoy it. The new golf cart is a nice upgrade, as it makes hauling people, coolers, and floats down to the water much easier. We hope to stay again next year!

Southern hospitality at its best in this home from beginning to end! We all felt like we were in our own homes! We had everything we needed! The homes layout made it the perfect place for us (5 adults). Everyone had their own room and bath. If you’re traveling with children you will absolutely love the kids room! The home was spacious, clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. I was impressed by the upgraded bed linens and they don’t skimp on towels. Every night we sat on the front porch and watched up to 12 deer graze directly across the street. Our trip was a short three night stay to visit family and we were not able to thoroughly enjoy all the wonderful things this home had to offer but we will not hesitate to book again! You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay

We had an amazing time and this home helped in making that happen! The house looked newly updated, was very modern, and supplied everything we could possibly need. There was 14 total of us. My teenage son did have to sleep on air mattress, but we knew that would be the case when we booked, but there was still plenty of room for everyone. The screened in back porch was great in the evenings when eating dinner. The kids enjoyed playing off the dock down from the house, and we were able to tie up both of our boats to each other at the dock. The only thing we were missing was the golf cart to go and forth to the house and dock, but we knew it was in the shop before we arrived. We all greatly enjoyed our stay and agreed we would want to rent this house again!

This was a super nice house with more than. enough space for myself and my group of friends (6 people). David was quick to respond and answer any questions and issues I had with the rental. Amenities were nice (golf cart, lake floats, fire pit, etc) and the location was great! Would definitely stay again.
